"This easy to find, multi-level brownstone is the perfect location; close to everything you want to see in Boston, close to a T station and small restaurants and markets."Guest: Amy Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 29, 2014View listing
"This was the perfect place to stay - homey, close to public transportation, and quiet. It was a quick T ride or a nice walk to the Copley Square convention center where I had a conference. The family was able to have a base to explore some of the off the beaten path beauties of Boston - Olmsted's emerald necklace gardens and the fine arts museum. It was very convenient for our rental car with lots of free street parking. The owners are wonderful."Guest: Elissa Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 1, 2014View listing
"We had 12-15 people and it was nice to have everyone together. The house is in pretty good condition on the inside, looks like it could use some touching up on the exterior, but that didn't bother us. I met both of the owners (husband and wife) and they were very helpful for anything we asked. I would stay here again. The main floor has 3 bedrooms: 1) two queen beds, 2) two queen beds, 3) one queen bed. The 'basement' has 2 bedrooms: 4) one full size and one twin bed, 5) one queen bed - semi private as it has louvered doors on one side. I think we had 2 rollabeds. All 3 main floor bedrooms had sliding glass doors that open to the dining room - odd for a house, but this was or can be used for meetings. It wasn't a problem. Plenty of parking next to the house. The deck was pretty large and nice to watch the ocean and stuff. Plenty of seating for casual hanging out. All of the furnishings were pretty good - none was unacceptable."Guest: Duane Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 2, 2014View listing
"We loved this apartment! It was the prime location:) The booking process was simple and easy and I loved how the owner did not charge any extra fees, like most other people do. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Boston. It says sleep 6, but could easily fit 8. The only thing I would say is the decor could use some updating, but for the price you really can't complain:) Thank you James for sharing your home with my family!"Guest: Kristin Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 10, 2014View listing
