Great property and location
"The apartment is convenient to many shops, restaurants, nightlife and the T - all are within walking distance. Yet it's in a residential area and it's quiet.
We had six adults visiting Boston and the apartment was very comfortable for all of us.
The owner is responsive, easy to work with and accommodating."

"Boston is a great town and the Sunny Inspiration on Beacon Hill is a great place from which to enjoy it. Located in a very quiet section of Beacon Hill it's a short walk to either Charles St. or Cambridge St. Restaurants are plentiful. Shopping, especially on Charles St, is plentiful. While the apartment is located on the 4th and top floor, is has five large windows, located on two sides, offering abundant light. Furnishings and appointments are very good. The bathroom is large (an uncommon luxury in a Boston studio apartment) featuring a window and, get this, a full size washer. Iwona is wonderful to work with. She's prompt and accommodating. An outstanding roof-top deck tops off this this fine place. Recommended."

"We enjoyed staying in a brownstone. Up one flight of stairs, plus the entrance steps, the apartment has good, functioning facilities and quite adequate storage space. Good shower and bed. Temperature was an issue for us since the building’s heating was not yet on. There are some shops and restaurants close by, but the supermarkets are about 15 minutes walk away. Bus 43 runs past the front door, but don’t trust it – the subway is 10 minutes away and is more reliable. We were met punctually and introduced to the apartment by the owner’s agent."

"This was my first time in Boston, and I had no idea what part of town or where to stay. Once I decided on the north part of Boston, I carefully researched places to stay. I ended up finding the Skinny House. And, oh what a find! It's an excellent place to stay. Perfect part of town, perfect location. The house itself is comfortable, inviting, and quite charming. If you're challenged by stairs, this might not be the best location. I had no trouble with them. It's on the Freedom Trail, across the street from Copp's Burial Ground. When people are on tours, they frequently stop in front of the house to look and take pictures. Don't be freaked out if this happens! It's really quite fun. The house is just up the street from the old North Church, and the "little Italy" part of Boston, all within walking distance. A great Italian restaurant is Antico Forno. Best pizza! The "Going Bananas" grocery story, down Hull Street, then a right at Salem, carries many things. A tad bit pricey though.
Overall, I would stay at the Skinny House again. It's a very fun place to stay, and Spencer is very easy to communicate with. Oh, and the house manager, Olivia, is delightful. She stopped in after we'd been there a couple of days to check in with us to see if everything was okay.
