"This was an outstanding property! After staying in mediocre places in DC and NYC this place was a huge improvement. It was elegant, large, very well kept and in a great location in the Back Bay near the Hynes T station. We arrived quite early but were able to stow our luggage on site. I would stay here again if we get back to Boston! Rarely give 5 stars to anything but this property deserves it."Guest: Neil Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 29, 2014View listing
"Listing was accurate & photos reflected property. Clean & well maintained, owner kept in contact (but not too many calls/e-mails). Walking distance to public transportation which was extremely helpful (did not need rental car)."Guest: Susan B. Date of Stay: October 2013 Review Submitted: January 2, 2014View listing
"We were 3 couples in Boston to see the sights. We were extremely satisfied with this house and the location. Each couple occupied their own floor with private bedroom and bath. The second floor with kitchen, dining room, and living room were spacious and comfortable. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby and easy to find. It's a short walk to 2 T stops from which we were able to go anywhere in the city. We even used it to go to Cambridge to tour Harvard university and Quincy to tour the John Adams home. We had a car but only used it to go back & forth to the airport although we could have used the MBTA for this too. It is within walking distance of several colleges and universities so would be convenient for anyone visiting students. We definitely would stay here again if we return to Boston."Guest: JAL Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 13, 2014View listing
"We couldn't have asked for a better location or a more darling apartment for our 4 night stay in Boston. Every detail was anticipated down to the coffee for breakfast. We have found that sometimes older apartments are lacking somewhere but not this one! Usually it's the shower that isn't up to par but not this one. Plenty of hot water. We so appreciated the restaurant recommendations and all of the little cards throughout the apartment that answered any question we might have had. We would definitely recommend it to our friends!"Guest: Linda M. Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: April 30, 2014View listing
