  • Perfect Pied-a-terre!

"Our first visit to Cambridge was immeasurably enhanced by choosing to stay in this charming studio apartment. Ideally located just minutes from Harvard Square and public transportation, the studio is within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Located on the 4th floor of an immaculately maintained elevator building on a quiet, upscale street, the studio comes with an assortment of well chosen books, a few excellent art pieces and enough cooking supplies to get us started for cozy meals "at home." We slept like babies on the divinely comfortable murphy bed with its plush pillows and recessed reading lights. This studio is a gem, as is Steve, the owner, who was generous and on target with his suggestions. We would absolutely stay here again!"

  • spacious, full of light apartment with a great host, on an amazing road

"we stayed at the apartment on maple avenue for a week whilst visiting boston and getting married at the nearby cambridge city hall. we loved the space, the period fittings, the kitchen full of light, the immaculate bathroom. this place is very clean and feels much bigger than a studio, rather a one bed apartment. the host is extremely pleasant, very generous and helpful on so many levels. thoroughly recommended to enjoy downtown boston at around 15 mins on the t train and harvard campus at 10 mins walk. maple avenue is one of the best street we have seen in boston, leafy, quiet and posh."

  • Perfect!!! Highly recommend.

"My Girlfriend and I (both in our early 30s) were very satisfied with this condo. It is very cute and cozy and beats a hotel by far! It is literally 2 blocks from great restaurants/bars etc Jim was very accommodating and allowed an early check-in since my flight arrived so early. Highly Recommend."

  • Couldn't have been better - Boston's best.

"The Beacon St. apartment was the perfect home base for exploring Boston. My wife and I easily walked to the North End to see The Revere House, pizza at Ernesto's, canoli's at Mike's Pastry, The Old North Church, etc. We enjoyed drinks and the history of the Union Oyster House, but I would recommend the Sail Loft restaurant on Atlantic Ave for amazing chowder. The water front, the charm of Charles Street, The Boston Common, anywhere you need to go is close and convenient. Jonathan was the most responsive and available VRBO host we have ever dealt with. This historic apt is very comfortable with directions for everything from wi-fi to laundry accommodations. A roof top deck was an added bonus that we took advantage of nightly - bring your camera up with you, amazing. Best kept secret in Boston - We'll be back. Thanks for everything Jonathan. Kelly & Katrina from Petaluma, CA."
