"The apartment is on the second floor, with rather steep stairs. The third bedroom is actually a loft that is reached through the second bedroom. The arrangement was perfect for our three grandchildren. The apartment is very close to Inman Square,. We recommend that you buy a Charlie Card with unlimited bus and subway and take bus # 83 or #91 to and from the Central Square T station. From there it's just a few stops to central Boston. This will save a long walk down Inman Street. Other than an overhead light out in the kitchen and the ice maker not working, everything was fine (There were ice trays). All necessary utensils were provided; and although there was only air conditioning in the kitchen and the third bedroom, fans was provided in the other two bedrooms, which we found quite adequate. We appreciated having coffee and sugar left in the apartment."

"I've been meaning to write this sooner, as my guy & I stayed in this condo at the beginning of April. All correspondence with the owner Peter was so easy. He even allowed us a super early check in due to our crazy early flight - very accommodating. He met us at the condo & showed us how everything worked. The condo was perfect size for us & the views just can't be beat. The roof top deck was THE BOMB! Unfortunately it was still pretty chilly (we love the cold though) so we couldn't spend too much time up there - but we went up at least once a day. There was a convenience store literally right downstairs as well as a duncan donuts across the street. Being right by the Common, garden & state house was amazing. We walked all over town everyday. Couple of good little bars right near by too that we went to (21st Amendment & Emmits Irish Pub) - good food at both. The only issue we had with the condo was the windows - we had trouble opening them up, but a call to Peter solved this. My guy & I are absolute fresh air people & the condo didn't seem to let a lot of air in. Also the door guy who was there - not a friendly guy. But again, we loved this condo - it felt like home & we were so comfortable in it & it was convenient to everything - food, transportation, things to do."

"Love this great apartment! It was very clean and comfortable, and would definitely stay here again. I was visiting Boston with my daughter to look at several different colleges. The location was perfect! It is in the center of all of the action - close to a grocery store, Fenway, restaurants and a brand new Target. We easily walked to a few schools, and then used Uber to get to locations that we were tight on time. The apartment has ample space and a lot of natural light. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen seemed well equipped. This is the place to stay if you want to feel like a real Bostonian!"
