  • Perfect Pied-a-terre!

"Our first visit to Cambridge was immeasurably enhanced by choosing to stay in this charming studio apartment. Ideally located just minutes from Harvard Square and public transportation, the studio is within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Located on the 4th floor of an immaculately maintained elevator building on a quiet, upscale street, the studio comes with an assortment of well chosen books, a few excellent art pieces and enough cooking supplies to get us started for cozy meals "at home." We slept like babies on the divinely comfortable murphy bed with its plush pillows and recessed reading lights. This studio is a gem, as is Steve, the owner, who was generous and on target with his suggestions. We would absolutely stay here again!"

  • LOVELY BROWNSTONE!

"Booked this place primarily based on the location, which is, indeed, ideal. The neighborhood is delightful with restaurants, coffee shops, brick paving and small parks. We were expecting just a mediocre apartment, but were pleasantly surprised by the nicely furnished space! A leather sofa, flat-screen TV, extra comforters and pillows as well as a fully supplied kitchen meant we could have really set up house for a much longer stay! The only glitch we encountered was a problem with the cable signal and Glenn was quick to offer to come right over and address it. We declined as it was not essential and we were leaving in the morning, but how refreshing to have someone willing to take care of things! He even offered to let us go to another (empty) downstairs unit to watch football if we liked! Talk about service! Will be back to the area and have already forwarded my brother the info for when he comes to visit his granddaughter here later this year. A real find."

  • Wonderful Stay!

"If you are thinking of spending anytime in the Boston area, you MUST stay here! The location is incredibly convenient. Yes, the train station is very close by but driving into Boston or any of the other close by attractions is very easy. We spent time in Plymouth, Boston, Kennebunkport & Quincy. Very easy access. Loved walking to Main St. in the morning for bagels or donuts & grabbing dinner at night. Traveled with our goldendoodle so the fenced in back yard was a plus. If you need doggie day care, Dogwood Cottage is just down the street. Greg (the owner) was great to work with & we would definitely recommend this property!"

  • Perfect spot!

"Just returned from a fabulous 4 day stay in Boston and this perfect apartment! As a frequent user of VRBO, I am always aware of the "little things" that make a big difference. This apartment is very clean and well appointed. The pillows and linens are top notch, and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you may need. We even enjoyed the common outdoor space of the building. This space is small, but never felt cramped. The location can't be beat. We picked up the trolley tour in front of the capitol building, which is a very short walk. We were able to walk every place we wanted to go: the esplanade, Quincy market, Faneuil Hall, the North End (get a cannoli from Mike's Pastry), Boston Common, the Public Garden, even Fenway Park. The subway lines are also very conveniently located. You won't be disappointed in this apartment. It is beautifully done and will be our first choice on any future Boston trips!"
