  • Great Price, Location and City Parking

"We spend every New Year's week in Boston and were tire of paying $250+/night for a room and another $40/night for parking so we booked this property. It was great. Centrally located in the heart of Boston. The Property was clean and fully stocked with essentials like soap, shampoo, linens.....There is a kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, etc. Cook in or go out to one of the many restaurants, pubs or bars. Parking is convenient and less expensive than a hotel's garage. Plan to walk op 3 flights of stairs (it's worth it though). We will plan on being there again!"

  • Cozy, comfortable condo gem in Boston's North End

"Boston is a compact, historic city with lots of great sights. Accommodations are frightfully expensive for travelers who want to sightsee, museum hop and explore the layers and layers of history, culture and art. So finding a perfectly situated accommodation was very important. I look at dozens of hotels, apartments and I was overwhelmingly pleased with the North End condo. The studio is immaculate, well appointed and exceptionally convenient for walking the city. The condo is ideally located near 'T' stations, Quincy market, Freedom Trail, Little Italian restaurants and shops and subways stops. I walked nearly everywhere, from South Station, Chinatown, Downtown, North Station, Aquarium, and Boston Commons. The queen size murphy bed is comfortable, and the decor is tasteful and new. Furnishing are nice, and the condo gets great light and breezes from many windows. The kitchenette is great for light meals, complete with all the necessary cooking essentials. I'd suggest adding a basic spice selection for those hoping to do a little cooking as grocery stores are very hard to find for staples. Specialty shops abound as do excellent restaurants. Bathroom is well lit, immaculate and comfortable. Bring your own toiletries and leave some for the next visitor. Flat screen TV is nice for unwinding. The studio is large enough for two. The condo is four floors up a narrow stairway so pack lightly and watch your daily souvenir shopping, but it's well worth the climb to this Boston gem !"

  • A GREAT PLACE TO STAY

"A charming apartment, I originally thought it a long way from amenities, but soon realised it was not. So much character in the building, the floorboards scars tell a story. Terry was approachable and helped with everything. If we ever come back, would love to stay here again."
