"My family of 4 visited Boston for the first time and we were delighted to find the accommodations beyond our expectations. This location on Beacon St. was beautifully situated within walking distance of Boston Commons, The Prudential Building, Fenway and a walk along the Charles River. This was a much better option than a hotel.
The condo was larger than I expected and had one private room, pull out bed and air mattress available. We did not cook much but the kitchen was well equipped. There is a corner market down the street that has many convenience items and stays open until midnight. I will rent this again.
Pros: Location, safe area, large bedroom and living space
Cons: Extremely small bathroom, air conditioner wall unit in bedroom blew in your face (The cons would never prevent me from recommending this location.)"

"Love this great apartment! It was very clean and comfortable, and would definitely stay here again. I was visiting Boston with my daughter to look at several different colleges. The location was perfect! It is in the center of all of the action - close to a grocery store, Fenway, restaurants and a brand new Target. We easily walked to a few schools, and then used Uber to get to locations that we were tight on time. The apartment has ample space and a lot of natural light. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen seemed well equipped. This is the place to stay if you want to feel like a real Bostonian!"

"The location of this comfortable condo just couldn't get any better. The Boston Common and picturesque public garden are just across the street as are the hop on hop off trolleys, tourist info, and the start of the Freedom Trail. Much of historic Boston is a short walk in one direction: Trinity Church and the Boston Public Library are a short walk in the opposite direction. There is also no shortage of fine restaurants, bakeries and drinking holes in the area and we had some very good food at restaurants just minutes away (Grotto was particularly memorable).
The condo itself is well appointed and comfortable and Peter was easy to contact and showed us around the condo personally. We were delighted with our stay and would recommend it to others."

"This has to be one of the best places in terms of price and location available in Boston. We were able to either walk, catch the T, hail a cab or jump on a trolley within minutes of leaving our door. The apartment was clean, the owners attentive and we would highly recommend it."
