Recent Greater Springfield, Franklin County, Mohawk Trail property reviews

  • restful

"We have stayed at Flower Hill several times, which, in itself, says something about its quality and the environment Carol provides for her guests. Her cozy and rustic antique home is nestled on a hillside, and the view is of gardens, woods, hills, and valleys. We sleep very restfully, and look forward to awakening with the morning light to the sounds and sights of nature. Although the setting is peaceful, Flower Hill is minutes away from the village of Williamsburg, and is in close proximity to the Berkshires and to the amenities presented by the Five Colleges and towns like Northampton, Easthampton, and Amherst. We highly recommend a stay at this unique and restful place. EMW"

  • Nice getaway in the woods

"We enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean though the house could use a few minor repairs, oiling of hinges, etc. Kitchen was well equipped. Surroundings are beatiful, the river, the waterfalls close by. The dogs enjoyed their freedom."

  • Perfect Place

"We stayed in this lovely home for three weeks in the fall of 2013 and had a wonderful time. The owner was delightful to work with and the house itself was exactly what we were looking for. The house and the area were described perfectly on the VRBO Website. There were no surprises. If we decide to go back to the Amherst area in the future, we will definitely try to rent this house again. I recommend this property without slightest reservation. You cannot go wrong if you decide to rent it."
