Cute, Clean, Comfortable
"I stayed in this very cute apartment for a week. I live in California and was in the area dropping off my daughter at college. The apartment is nicely located and has everything you need. Shelburne falls is a very cute town and I took several day trips into Vermont and upstate New York. I also made a point to walk to town every day. The owner was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this rental. So much better then a hotel. I have a very fond memory of sitting in the chair, all the windows open, listening to the summer rain while reading a good book. So relaxing.... I wish I was there now. Thanks Liz"

"Cavalier is kind of out of the way but the privacy and tranquility was wonderful.
We were looking for a place to comfortably leave our pet if we went out to dinner and this spot was
great. If you like privacy with a beautiful setting in the forest this is it. The owner offered to check our dog
which was so kind. The area has fun out of the way things to see we especially liked the covered bridges."

"We needed a house to rent because we were going up to Zoar Outdoor to go rock climbing, white water rafting and zip lining. This house was in a great location (10-15 minutes from Zoar) and very easy to get to from RT 91. It is a very spacious home that was built in the 1700s and gives you that warm, at-home feeling.
The owner was fantastic through the whole process. She was very accommodating and enjoyable to talk to. We got to meet her our second night up there and she couldn't have been more sweet. Everybody in that area was so friendly and inviting which made the trip that much more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this house for all of the aforementioned reasons above as well as the price. It was a fantastic price for the seven people we had staying there. It was much cheaper than a hotel/motel and much more accommodating with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, separate bedrooms, places to socialize inside and out, and the fantastic scenery. I can't say enough nice things about this place and the owner."

"About 5 minutes from downtown. Plenty of rooms. Easily can sleep 8 and more couches and places for people to crash if necessary. Great yard off to the secluded side of the house. A back deck with a screened in porch. Plenty of room for a cookout or yard games. Great place to stay. One issue was there was not a gas grill, just charcoal, but that's not a big deal. Owner was incredibly accommodating, very very easy to deal with.Highly recommend."
