"Stayed here in mid September and had a great time. The area is very nice and quiet. The river behind the house is excellent. The house is rustic and contained all of the little things you need to have an enjoyable stay. I look forward to returning."

"My husband and I stayed in the "studio" room at Flower Hill Farm for three nights and it was just wonderful. Carol is warm and helpful and accommodating - she provided excellent directions and was always accessible if we had questions about things to do/places to eat/sights to see in Williamsburg and Northampton. She's very knowledgeable about the area. The room itself is delightful - lot's of nice details/amenities like an excellent french press and good sized fridge/freezer - and the bed was so comfortable. The property is just gorgeous full of places to explore and sit and take in the sunset/sunrise/stars. You're also minutes away from some great hikes, delicious eats and lovely strolls.
We left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Truly a gem."

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cavalier Cottage. We chose the place primarily becuse it was pet freindly. It was very charming and close to Berkshire East and the local small towns. Pat was a delightful woman who made us feel at home. She even took care of my dogs while we skied for the day!! She clearly cares about her "four-legged" guests as well!!! Also, her home made scones were outstanding!!! We are looking forward to visiting again soon!!"

"We needed a house to rent because we were going up to Zoar Outdoor to go rock climbing, white water rafting and zip lining. This house was in a great location (10-15 minutes from Zoar) and very easy to get to from RT 91. It is a very spacious home that was built in the 1700s and gives you that warm, at-home feeling.
The owner was fantastic through the whole process. She was very accommodating and enjoyable to talk to. We got to meet her our second night up there and she couldn't have been more sweet. Everybody in that area was so friendly and inviting which made the trip that much more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this house for all of the aforementioned reasons above as well as the price. It was a fantastic price for the seven people we had staying there. It was much cheaper than a hotel/motel and much more accommodating with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, separate bedrooms, places to socialize inside and out, and the fantastic scenery. I can't say enough nice things about this place and the owner."
