Great location for a vacation!
"This was our families first time in Marthas Vineyard and it really was awesome! We only started looking into vacationing in MV sometime in May which is very late in the game. We were lucky to find this property in Edgartown. The owner/renter, Ann Marie was super nice, easy to work with and informative. I felt like I knew her for years. She gave us all kinds of tips so our stay in MV was special. The house fit our needs perfectly and the location in Edgartown couldn't have been any better. The house is set just under 2 miles from the town of Edgartown and beautiful beaches, with a bike bath practically at our doorstep. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and such for making meals. IMy entire family came home feeling destressed!"

"We started visiting Martha's Vineyard almost 20 years ago and have continued to visit every couple of years. Fore the first 5 or 6 visits we rented a different house each time, exploring different parts of the island. We liked most of them, but were always looking for something else. Once we found this house we were hooked and have not considered another house since.
The location is great - between the Morning Glory Farm and the Long Point Wildlife Refuge you have everything you need for a perfect week nearby.
The house is clean and has everything you need plus plenty of extra space and a wide open yard.
The owners live in another house on the other side of the yard, so if you were to need anything they are right there and very helpful."

"A great place to relax and unwind. Cottage is located in a good central area to see the island. The owners even had a Keurig and supplied various wonderful coffee flavors. It was a great treat to wake up to every morning and greatly appreciated. The yard has everything you need to kick back with nice privacy. We are thankful to have stayed at this great spot. Highly recommend this to others."

"After driving down the winding New England path, you come to a group of houses nestled in the middle of a meadow. You can't help but notice the well kept lawn, blooming flowers, and a sparkling swimming pool. When you enter the main house you know you've come home. Rooms are tastefully furnished, yet very comfortable with many conveniences. You can work out, play ping-pong, or just relax in your own hot tub.
Bill and Betty Jean live on site, yet they are almost invisible, as are the renters in the nearby "Guest House." But Bill or Betty Jean are always available if there is a problem, or if you need directions, a recommendation, or a short chat. True, the house is not in the middle of town or directly on the beach; it is located mid-Island, convenient to everywhere. Do you want to take a bike ride, go to the beach, or browse in town? Jennie Lane is just a short drive there.
This was our fourth trip to Jennie Lane, and we can't think of staying anywhere else. It is one of the most relaxing and reasonable spots on Martha's Vineyard."
