  • Perfect location between beach and town!

"This home is just what vacation ordered! Light, airy, spacious...plenty of room for socializing, large kitchen/dining area (all new kitchen) or get away spaces for taking some quiet time. 2 separate decks capture all the sun and there is a screen porch in case its raining and you still want to be outside...after all we're there for that great Island air! It sits perfectly on the property, large front and backyards (I love the circular drive) and the house is on a quiet, paved cul-de-sac perfect for teaching your children to ride a bike! Please don't fall in love with it like we did or all the time will get booked! The owners are so helpful and friendly you won't be easy 5 stars."

  • A true "Diamond in the rough"!

"Differnet Bites for different likes....It's all about what to EXPECT of this place! If you are looking for nature, isolation and a city escape but don't prefer to pitch a tent or tow a trailer, It's exterior is deceivingly "campy", complete with Barbecue pit and wood pile. But you certainly won't be "roughing it" as inside is quite spacious, clean and comfy/cozy, complete with charming beach house decor, wood floors and walls yet has all the MODERN amenities you'll need. It's off the beaten track but not far from anything. Gorgeous farmlands and bike trails abound surround this hidden treasure. A private pond with all the boating essentials and a quirky Lady Liberty Statue to help you navigate back. The surrounding dirt roads and grassy paths are worth walking and randomly scattered with idiosyncratic trinkets and statues including a prefectly nestled Budha. There are a few other cottages in the vicinity but is very quiet and private (aside from the proximity of the owners home, which I ultimately did not find to be a hinderance as she steers clear - however, if you do manage to get to know her she's quite the character!) Bring plenty of incidentals and stock the fridge because once you settle in and plant yourself on one of the front porch chairs you might not want to get back in the car to go anywhere for a while! Enjoy your stay at Camp Becky."

  • "What a wonderful way to experience Martha's Vineyard. A beautifully decorated home with a spacious open floor plan for group gatherings and, yet, a feeling of quiet and privacy in the sleeping areas. We enjoyed cooking meals in the fabulous kitchen and dining at the various places in the house; outdoors on the private deck, at the wonderful dining room table, or on stools in the kitchen conversing with the cook! The house is perfectly located on the island with easy access to shopping and the beach. I returned from my week's vacation refreshed and nourished by the beauty of Martha's Vineyard and the comforts of a wonderful home. Thank you."

  • Wonderful...

"We so enjoyed our stay at the Korpi's residence. The house is located probably one mile or less from Katama, easy bike ride or quick drive the beach. Easy to access bike paths, and about 1.5 miles from a great General Store that serves the most amazing croissants and coffee every morning. The house itself was perfect for us...a family of 6 - 4 adults, 2 children. This is a clean, newer home with comfortable beds, state of the art air conditioning, well equipped kitchen, great grill and backyard to eating outside. Small, but comfortable living room and eat in kitchen. A good use of space and very beautifully decorated. We would return here in a blink!"
