  • Vineyard House

"This quaint Vintage 1930 bungalow is such a great find! Stroll down to Vineyard Haven (stores, restaurants, etc.) -The Steamship Authority, Supermarkets, Black Dog , Bus stop and much more @ a short distance. The house has a large back yard- good for picnics, BBQ and games- don't be surprised by the turkeys and babies that "mozy" on thru. The cozy front farmers porch - you can sit read a book &/or people/turkey watch while you sip on your summer cocktail or afternoon tea.... The bus (@ Steamship Authority area- makes several trips to all of the Island with various passes available- so convenient. The owners are "awesome"- and if you every visit Hawaii- look them up as they have a "Beach House" that is just fabulous!!!! Enjoy & have fun on the Island- Love it...."

  • We get it!

"My husband and I recently rented this cottage to fish the derby it was perfect for us. Just a short stroll to the beach, jetties, fish markets and The Bite. Barbara and John are the perfect host! I made a new best friend their Lab Maggie! If you are looking for a laid back vacation cottage this one is for you. If you do venture out The Atlantic Seafood and Steak Restaurant in Edgartown has some great food try their calamari fries."

  • Beautiful, spacious home in great location

"It's a rare occasion that my entire family - which is dispersed across the East Coast - is able to come together, and Denise and Keith's beautiful Edgartown home provided the perfect haven for us while we visited Martha's Vineyard for a wedding. Our stay happened just after the summer season ended, but the house is SO close to the beach (walking distance) and is also close to a number of great restaurants and local gems. The interior of the home itself, particularly the spacious upstairs area, is well-kept and inviting, and the sun shines so brightly upstairs that it gives the whole floor a nice warmth. One of the key elements that made the experience worth 5 stars was liaising with the owners during the rental process. Denise is so wonderfully friendly, helpful, available, communicative and just lovely. Hopefully we will get the chance to return to Martha's Vineyard as a family and stay in this beautiful home again."

  • Our favorite place to stay

"We started visiting Martha's Vineyard almost 20 years ago and have continued to visit every couple of years. Fore the first 5 or 6 visits we rented a different house each time, exploring different parts of the island. We liked most of them, but were always looking for something else. Once we found this house we were hooked and have not considered another house since. The location is great - between the Morning Glory Farm and the Long Point Wildlife Refuge you have everything you need for a perfect week nearby. The house is clean and has everything you need plus plenty of extra space and a wide open yard. The owners live in another house on the other side of the yard, so if you were to need anything they are right there and very helpful."
