"What a great place this was. Very secluded yet close to vineyard haven. Very upscale accommodations. We loved the golf cart to get to the beach! Would definitely stay again!"

"Where do I begin? I guess I will start from the beginning! We initially reached out to "Dave" in early July, he responded almost immediately. From there, we decided to reserve his home in VH.
Upon arrival, we found the house to be spotless and exactly as pictured/described!
There were a couple of minor "issues" but Dave was quick to respond & did his absolute best to resolve!
The house is very very spacious, 2 FULL Bath's on the First Floor & another Full Bath on the 2nd floor. There is also an outdoor shower but it is not enclosed. Perfect to rinse off when you've just come back from the beach!
The kids LOVED having their own space upstairs in the "loft" area outside of the 2 twin bedded bedrooms. Up there is also a TV and DVD player so the kids were content for hours! There is even a small desk which came in handy for my kids who hadn't yet finished their Summer Homework!
Whatever you think you might need, this house has! We didn't have room to bring Bikes, Dave was gracious enough to let us borrow theirs which worked out great!
The front farmer's porch is AWESOME! Plenty of room for everyone to hang out & enjoy some "island porch time". After all, what's the Vineyard without a porch! There's also a smaller porch off the side of the house which was nice too!
We were able to walk to VH in less than 10 minutes but I will say that it would be tough to do it with luggage...it's a short enough trip that if you don't have a car, a cab would be affordable! It's also within walking distance to the Friday Night Lobster Roll Fest at Grace Church...you have to check that out, if you haven't already!
All in all, this house is very well priced & located! We typically stay in Oak Bluffs so it was nice to stay elsewhere & become acquainted with this part of the island!
Dave is great as is the "handyman" Vinny next door! You won't be disappointed!"

"I absolutely loved this home away from home. The house is so comfortable and convenient. The short walk to the beach or to town was perfect. It was nice to be able to out and do things without needing to drive. It's nice to know I could visit without a car since the house is so close to the ferry. Although close to town, the house is on a nice quiet street - great to be able to escape from the crowds."

"Love the house, the porch, the fresh tomatoes in the garden, the clothesline.. everything. Also the location as we could walk to Vineyard Haven downtown for anything we wanted whether groceries, kids beach, coffee shops....
My grand-daughter loved the closet with the built in bed! fit her and her stuffed animal friends very comfortably. And the owners were so EASY to deal with and cared!!!!"
