  • Fabulous Home on Martha's Vineyard

"Just back from a wonderful week on Martha's Vineyard and I can honestly say that the house was a significant part of the experience. We kept congratulating ourselves that we couldn't have had a better house. The weather was only okay, but with the huge front porch we didn't care. We had all of our meals on the porch and enjoyed playing games, watching the ferries and boats come and go and just hanging out. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and the owner has an interesting and ecclectic collection on books. The beach is directly across the street. We loved it!"

  • Spacious, comfortable retreat

"As we pulled into the driveway and saw the large yard and privacy, we knew this was a great home for our family. The floor plan on the lower level is great with the kitchen open to dining and family room and a wonderful outdoor patio where we grilled out and dined almost nightly while the kids ran around in the yard. The outdoor shower was a bonus-I don't think anyone in our group took a shower indoors all week. There are 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and another large bedroom and bathroom downstairs which was great for my in-laws whom navigation of stairs can be tricky. The location is fantastic-a 10 minute drive from Edgartown, Menemsha, Lamberts Cove and only a 10 minute walk to Alley's General Store and the West Tisbury Library. We rode our bikes or walked every morning down a beautiful dirt country road and were just a short drive from a launch for our kayak. Debra is fantastic and was prompt to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We had a great week and look forward to returning next summer!"

  • An Idyllic Setting for Relaxation, Family and Friends

"We just returned from a wonderful visit to the Vineyard with our family (7 of us), who have been renting this property for years. I can't speak more highly of our experience. The house was bright, open and spacious and situated in a gorgeous, wooded setting with a view of the water. It was an easy walk to the ocean and a great spot for our family to relax and spend time together. The deck in the back was perfect for bbq's and sitting outside together each night. The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen was well stocked for all of our cooking needs and they even provide a rowboat for venturing out onto the large swimming pond just behind the house. We can't wait to come back next year!"

  • Amazing stay

"Renting this house was a great experience. It was easy to find from the VH boat. The first thing was the spaciousness of the house. The rooms were comfortable, there were more than enough bathrooms that we could use, the ability to wash and dry clothes was an added bonus. More importantly, the kitchen is very important to me because we like cooking while on vacation. It was updated and everything I needed was there. Finally, the back deck was my favorite spot. They had two grills - an electric and a carbon - available, The location was a 20 minute walk (I walk slowly) to the main Oak Bluffs town with lots of great places to eat and fun shopping, especially because everything was on sale. Wish I had more vacation time."
