Great MV house!
"This house is comfortable, well cared for, and well-appointed. The kitchen contained everything we needed to cook pretty much every night. The beds are comfortable as well. We had a family of five adults and four kids, and there was plenty of room. The yard and pool are both large, we spent a lot of our time outside on the deck, in the pool, and playing ball in the yard. The home is located within 10-15 min of three great beaches...and having a pool to come home to was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this home to others and would stay here again."

"I stayed at Sandy Feet Retreat with family and friends and there was plenty of room for us all to relax and have fun together, or find quiet time alone. The main house has a very large living room, a dining area with a beautiful, large table, and a very functional kitchen with everything you could need to cook meals together as well as a gas grill outside. There is a screened in porch with couches and chairs as well as an open porch with a double swing overlooking the back yard. There is also a wonderful, large hammock which turned out to be a great spot for an afternoon nap. Back inside the house, there are two bedrooms on the first floor: one with a queen bed and one with 2 single beds and a bunk bed. There is also a full bathroom on the first floor with a fantastic walk in shower. The upstairs has a laundry room, a master bedroom/bathroom that is quite large and wonderfully designed. There is also a queen bedroom also with its own bathroom upstairs. The guest house is very close to the main house so you have privacy, but yet do not feel removed from the the main house. It has an outdoor shower which I used every day, a living room and eat in kitchen on the first floor along with a half bath, and the entire second floor is the bedroom! Both houses are very well appointed, decorated with interesting artwork and items the owner has brought back from her travels, and very clean. I looked at the photos on this site many times in anticipation of my stay, and the houses and yard are even more beautiful in person!! It was wonderful to meet the owner and care taker in person as they are wonderful, friendly people. I can't say enough about how happy we were to stay here, and it is clear that Kati put a lot of thought into the design and decoration of the homes. The location is removed from the main road, but still close enough to walk to Morning Glory Farm or to hop the bus, ride your bike, or even walk to downtown Edgartown. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I will definitely be back!!!"

"Having never before rented via VRBO or any comparable site, I was a bit nervous going in on this rental. I had a great experience, due in large part to Nathan & Cheryl who were friendly, prompt, and responsive -- from initial inquiry to finalizing the return of the security deposit. The house itself was great: clean, well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. While at the Vineyard I like to have at least one good home-cooked meal a day, and the kitchen had everything necessary for grilling & cooking a feast. I also was pleasantly surprised to find a great blender for protein shakes! Pool was a nice bonus for the kids, and there was lots of deck space to spread out and relax. A few minor caveats: there really only is room for just one car, so any guests will have limited space to park. And I really wish I could have brought my dog!
After reading the review of the renter before me, I can honestly say I didn't share his experience, except that there was one night where the neighbors were partying pretty late. The broken gate was fixed the day we arrived, and the yard looked great. As for location, I personally liked being right between Vineyard Haven & Oak Bluffs. I took lots of long bike rides (20+ miles), but would bring my bike via car to the trail, because I don't believe that riding on MV roads, many with limited shoulders, has ever been particularly safe.
All in all, a great place! Would definitely recommend."

"My wife and I, my sister and Husband stayed in July 2015, we found the place to be very clean, and well updated. All the amenities that you needed were available. The front porch was nice for morning coffee and late night drinks, there was plenty of room for all of 4 of us, we had 2 guest join us for a night and there was still plenty of room. Big kitchen for multiple people making meals, nice back yard for grilling. It was a short walk to Oak Bluffs center.
The Owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to emails or phone calls."
