  • Magical Getaway in Martha's Vineyard

"We rented this property for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. Walking into it for the first time was like entering a photo-spread in House Beautiful. It was exquisitely decorated and had every amenity possible. Its country-french flair was inviting and extremely comfortable to "hang out" in. The large deck off the kitchen, nestled amidst hydrangea bushes bursting with flowers and constant cool breezes, was our favorite place to gather; whether it was with our morning coffee and quickbread, or our afternoon wine and cheese (fresh daily from Morning Glory Farm just a short bike ride away). The location was perfect. We had a car, but usually chose the easy walk into town or to bike to our destination. This was far from a typical rental property as evidenced by the quality of the linens, kitchenware, furnishings, and amenities available. The owner has graciously opened her home to travelers and provided everything possible for a memorable vacation."

  • Vineyard Gem

"Thank you so much Wayne and Ann for letting us call your home our home this past week. We had beautiful weather and we had so much fun discovering all of the wonderful spots around the island. Your home was the perfect launching pad for the day and had all of the amenities that we could have wanted. The location could not have been better, situated a short distance from downtown Vineyard Haven. We are already planning our vacation next year."

  • Great House, Great Setting

"This house is filled with light. The BR, LR, kitchen, screened porch and deck all face the ocean. It's up a hard-packed, typical Vineyard dirt road, easy to travel with car or mountain bike. Perfect location, between West Tisbury and Chilmark with easy access to OB and E-town. Small but well-appointed kitchen, good firm bed, excellent outdoor shower, easy access to boats no more than 20 feet from the dock. Dark skies at night make for great constellation sightings."
