  • Chappy vacation

"We loved staying on Chappy. This house was clean, open and bright. This was our first time staying here. Last yr we stayed in Aquinnah. We bought the pass for our car so we were able to drive on the beach (you need to have 4wheel drive). The beach is 4-5 miles long on the ocean side and bay side. It is very desolate and just what we were looking for. I loved having Edgartown close by, the ferry is easy to use. We went out in town 3 nights for dinner and icecream. The other nights we cooked in. The kitchen is fully fictional and has everything you need. My only complaint about the house is that we showed up to no paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent or laundry detergent. We were able to buy these things in edgartown the next day but it is kind of a pain to bring your car across the ferry, much easier to park and walk on the ferry."

  • Overall Great Vacation Home!

"Great Property and Great Location! My family really enjoyed this spacious home and natural environment. The Kitchen appliances are top-grade! Everything you need is a short drive away while having tons of privacy. The owner is very responsive and a delight to work with. Overall Great Vacation Home!"

  • Spectacular, at home feeling!

"From the minute I inquired about this property I had a great feeling from the owner. She was more than willing to go above and beyond with suggestions for first time visitors to the Vineyard. When we arrived at the house, we were stunned (the pictures do not do the house justice AT ALL--even though they are enticing on their own). We housed 3 generations of visitors ALL of whom fell in love with this house. While there, we didn't need a thing. Everything was PERFECT. This was by far the best experience for a group of people who are not always easy to please (among us 2 event planners). We will definitely return! We strongly recommend renting this property!"

  • Beautiful, spacious home in great location

"It's a rare occasion that my entire family - which is dispersed across the East Coast - is able to come together, and Denise and Keith's beautiful Edgartown home provided the perfect haven for us while we visited Martha's Vineyard for a wedding. Our stay happened just after the summer season ended, but the house is SO close to the beach (walking distance) and is also close to a number of great restaurants and local gems. The interior of the home itself, particularly the spacious upstairs area, is well-kept and inviting, and the sun shines so brightly upstairs that it gives the whole floor a nice warmth. One of the key elements that made the experience worth 5 stars was liaising with the owners during the rental process. Denise is so wonderfully friendly, helpful, available, communicative and just lovely. Hopefully we will get the chance to return to Martha's Vineyard as a family and stay in this beautiful home again."
