"This home is an incredible value. It was perfect for our family (Mom, Dad and 2 girls). It really is walk to town. It is a well kept home, everything was clean and tidy. It has everything you would need. The yard is small and private, with nice outside furniture a new grill. The central a/c and Wifi work really well. We will someday rent this home again!"

"Our family just returned from a wonderful week at a very charming house at the vineyard. This house was located within walking distance from the town of Edgartown, which we walked and jogged to daily. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean and nicely furnished. Our family enjoyed the outdoor shower and games on the private back deck! The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer made packing very easy. I would definitely return to this house again and recommend this house for anyone wanting to be in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beaches and town."

"My husband and I stayed here for almost a week in mid-October 2014. The house was charming and comfortable. Bathroom off of the kitchen and 2 bedroos upstairs, so I you get up in the night that is a consideration. The kitchen had a farmhouse feel, stocked with many items you would need but not necessarily want to buy, like condiments etc. The yard is not fully fenced, if you have pets. But we were able to easily close off the porch for our greyhounds to enjoy the porch. Location is fantastic. Close enough to walk into town through the Campground, but definitely away from the tourists. Very quiet street this time of the year as almost all of the seasonal rentals had closed. We had a wonderful time, and I hope to go back again soon!"

"I stayed at Sandy Feet Retreat with family and friends and there was plenty of room for us all to relax and have fun together, or find quiet time alone. The main house has a very large living room, a dining area with a beautiful, large table, and a very functional kitchen with everything you could need to cook meals together as well as a gas grill outside. There is a screened in porch with couches and chairs as well as an open porch with a double swing overlooking the back yard. There is also a wonderful, large hammock which turned out to be a great spot for an afternoon nap. Back inside the house, there are two bedrooms on the first floor: one with a queen bed and one with 2 single beds and a bunk bed. There is also a full bathroom on the first floor with a fantastic walk in shower. The upstairs has a laundry room, a master bedroom/bathroom that is quite large and wonderfully designed. There is also a queen bedroom also with its own bathroom upstairs. The guest house is very close to the main house so you have privacy, but yet do not feel removed from the the main house. It has an outdoor shower which I used every day, a living room and eat in kitchen on the first floor along with a half bath, and the entire second floor is the bedroom! Both houses are very well appointed, decorated with interesting artwork and items the owner has brought back from her travels, and very clean. I looked at the photos on this site many times in anticipation of my stay, and the houses and yard are even more beautiful in person!! It was wonderful to meet the owner and care taker in person as they are wonderful, friendly people. I can't say enough about how happy we were to stay here, and it is clear that Kati put a lot of thought into the design and decoration of the homes. The location is removed from the main road, but still close enough to walk to Morning Glory Farm or to hop the bus, ride your bike, or even walk to downtown Edgartown. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I will definitely be back!!!"
