"Thank you so much for you hospitality and for making our stay at your lovely home such a pleasure. We had a wonderful time. The home is charming, well-stocked, and a perfect spot for a Nantucket get-away."

"My family & I rented this house for a week in June. There were 8 of us and we all fit very comfortably. There was a great big room for all of us to sit around that was connected to the large kitchen. The shuttle stop to different places was on the road of the house. We walked into town which was less than a mile. Working with the owner, Roland, was wonderful. Talked with him a few times prior to our visit. While we were there I had a question and left a message; he called me back right way so I was very happy about that. I would highly recommend renting this house! Thanks again, Roland!"

"Wow! My wife, children, and I decided to take our in-laws to Nantucket, a love of theirs, for their 50th wedding anniversary. It had been 12 years since my wife and I had visited Nantucket and we had no idea where we wanted to stay. That was of course until we located this house (12 Folger Ave.) online. For such a special occasion we wanted everything to be perfect, and PERFECTION is what we found. It was obvious from our first contact with the owner that she was different from all others we were dialoging with about rentals on Nantucket. She truly cared about our experience and went well-above and beyond expectations. She was flexible, knowledgeable, blessed with a marvelous personality, and responsive; all solidifying that we could trust her and that we were in good hands.
Then we arrived at the house. We traveled up the gravel driveway (incredibly well-maintained) and parked our cars. Two large Salix trees created a natural archway leading toward the front of the house. As you walk between the Salix, suddenly your eyes fall upon the remarkable winding stone walkway lined with beautiful flowers. As your eyes lift you're in awe of the private from porch with the swing and chairs. Hydrangea line the front of the porch. Inside the house, it is decorated meticulously. No detail missed. My in-laws comment summed it up. "This is the nicest rental house we have ever stayed in throughout our years of travel (They travel constantly). Our family agreed. It amazed me that my best memories of the week on Nantucket are all at the house. It is that special.
Of course having it stocked with bikes, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, everything a kitchen could need were all wonderful; but what makes 12 Folger different than any other rental is true care for the property and the rentals we experienced from the owner. There is no doubt that the next time we travel to Nantucket we will be staying at this house. It would be virtually impossible to top it."

"We have been renting this property for many years, it is perfect for our family! Close to Tom Nevers beach offering beautiful breezes and sunsets. Located between Town and Siasconset making it easy to explore the entire island. The house is bright, clean, and offers all the conveniences we love (upscale bathrooms, gas grille, outdoor shower, washer, dryer, dishwasher and linens). This has become our second home, we will continue to rent this property for years to come!"
