  • Like coming home!

"We have stayed in this home for several summers, and each time it feels like coming home. This is a comfortable house with all the amenities you could want. It's an authentic Nantucket cottage that's been expanded to accommodate modern living. We love the location - there is a great private yard, and we have enjoyed sitting under the stars at night hearing the ocean. We walk to the restaurants and market in 'Sconset, and the house is close to the bus if you don't want to bring a car. My favorite part of the house is the garden. We love picking vegetables that we'll be cooking that night! My only hesitation with writing this review is that people will find out about this hidden gem!! We'll be back."

  • A Nantucket idyll...

"Our family spent two weeks at The Breezes in late summer 2014 -- two grandmothers, four young adults, two tiny children, and briefly, two old friends. Relatives who live a few blocks away were constantly coming in and out, yet the bright, beautifully designed house was always welcoming and comfortable, providing a rare combination of open space and privacy, modern conveniences and old Nantucket charm. We cooked meals together in the wide, well-organized kitchen and on the grill outside, made full use of the enormous back yard, enjoyed lunches and sunsets on the huge back porch, and walked or biked to the village or the beach. The pictures and description capture the house very accurately. It was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the owners kept a close eye on everything without ever intruding. I would definitely recommend the property to friends or relatives, so long as they don't compete with us to rent it! We plan to return in late summer 2015 and as often as possible thereafter. Some of us are already counting the days. We want our latest generation of kids to grow up knowing and loving Sconset as we did, and The Breezes is the ideal house."

  • Relaxing Cozy Cottage

"The Enchanted Cottage is adorable, a lovely relaxing place to vacation! The pictures truly represent this beautiful cottage. One item not shown in the pictures is a wonderful porch perfect for dining, relaxing, and watching the sunset. The unit was very clean and there was a local caretaker for any questions I had. The kitchen was well equip with all that was needed for cooking. I highly recommend this cottage and would also recommend having a vehicle to get around."

  • Beautiful Sconset Home!!! Great for a Group or a family!

"We stayed at this home in Sconset to attend a wedding in the area in June 2014. We were 3 couples and the house was just perfect for us. We loved the large family/tv room, large dining table, and outdoor space. The house has so many options for areas to sit and socialize - it is just a great layout! for We walked everywhere and just loved the amazing location of the house. Being able to walk right down to the beach, and right into town was great for a group of 6 of us. The owner was so helpful and answered all of our questions about the house and the area, and we are all hoping to go back for another long weekend next summer! The house is just beautiful and so well maintained - felt like it was our own home!"
