"This house is wonderful, is a perfect location to walk to the beach or ride a bike to Bartlett Farms, the Cisco Brewery, or the fish market. The beach and the bike path are across the street. The house upon arrival is always clean, great decorations, and supplied with very nice linens (many years brand new sheets and towels) beach towels, beach chairs, and nice outdoor grill. The yard is always well cared for, nice plantings and great space to play for the kids. The layout of the house offers great space with 2 living areas, so the kids can have their own hang out space, as the adults enjoy a separate living area. The owners leave a phone number to call if there are ever any problems, and the owners have many connections on the island if something needs to get fixed. We have rented this house, and another house from this owner for over 10 years, they are great to work with, very efficient with rental contract and security deposit process, we love this house and hope to rent it each summer for many more years."

"This cottage and it's location made our trip to Nantucket a memorable one. Between a five minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride (or bus ride) into town, I couldn't imagine staying at a more accessible location. The cottage is quaint and comfortable, boasting an incredible view off the back porch. Millies, a very good take-out and sit down restaurant & market, is only an arm's length away, making our lunch and dinners a breeze. Owner was friendly, helpful and accommodating."

"We visited ACK in June and stayed at this home. It was perfect for our family of 9. Everything is as it looks in the photos. Great master bath and bedroom. Large kitchen for dinners at home. Biked to the beach, Cisco Brewery and town easily. Secluded but right off the main road. Enjoyed the walking paths accessible from the house each morning. Plenty of space inside and out for an unforgettable vacation!"

"Barntucket is the most comfortable home. Yes it is full of the history of the island, beautifully laid out and decorated, but more, it is a welcoming house which absorbs people and invites relaxation and good conversation. There were 10 family members from all over the country staying in the house and eight others coming and going before and after my son’s wedding. One night there were 14 of us seated around the dining room table for dinner—all talking at once and having a blast. With the living areas on two floors there is plenty of space for puzzles, game playing or escaping to read. There is every possible amenity one could want and two kitchens when everyone wants breakfast in the morning. Among our group were knee and hip replacements and a wheelchair user. The owner offered to make some modifications to the entry ways to ensure the house was accessible, which made all the difference to us—He is definitely not your usual landlord and we are grateful to him for making our stay close to perfect."
