  • Charming

"My best friend and I stayed here, we were just delighted with the studio! Richard was one of the nicest people you could meet. He gave us all the information and maps necessary to see the area. A lovely porch and garden area to enjoy the outdoors. The inside was very comfortable and everything carefully thought out. We delighted in the studios charm. The studio is just a couple minutes from the train to Boston. Expect the unexpected when staying here. We were pleasantly surprised! We would come back here for sure."

  • AMAZING Place to Stay!!!

"I just returned home today after a perfect week staying in this rental. It's hard to explain what a great place this is. The view was unbelievable!! I spent as much time as possible on the deck watching the water. The location is ideal... steps away from everything. I will absolutely stay here again!!"

  • Best summer week

"The Yankee Belle is a treasure. The house is perfect. It has an open and airy concept that is so cozy and inviting. It is clean and equipped with everything you need. The washer and dryer are an added plus. We enjoyed our coffee on the back deck each morning watching the sun rise. Over the dune is a lovely beach that is so clean and not over crowded. We enjoyed the sun and the ocean each day and our only concern was what bathing suit to wear. It was quiet and peaceful just what we needed. Newburyport is just over the bridge with its cool shops and wonderful restaurants, but honestly once you settle in the Yankee Belle you don't want to leave. We were so sad when our week ended. We look forward to next summer enjoying the Yankee Belle. Thank-you Kerry for sharing your little piece of paradise."

  • Lovely cottage that is better than the Vineyard

"Compact home with great views from rooms and special porch that seems to catch any available breezes. Great for family gatherings, though note that all toilets are upstairs, so if little kids or older guests you might want to be careful. Nice big dining table that could accommodate big family dinners with nice gas grill outside if you want to keep things cool. One lucky and very nice aspect of this home is the air condition that really works and is necessary on hot days. If possible I would rent again. A wonderful area with friendly neighbors. Enjoy."
