"Needed accommodations for six for a "destination" wedding. The apartment was very clean and easily accommodated us with room for 2 more. We arrived with a fruit bowl and sparkling water waiting for us. The kitchen was well-stocked, with WiFi available, as well as a printer. There was a variety of magazines and books, various pamphlets on local attractions, and even a piano. I had left behind a very expensive ring which Brett promptly notified me of and returned along with my deposit. Hubby and kids enjoyed all the witchy stuff in nearby Salem, and we found a hidden gem in the Peabody Essex Museum and enjoyed a delicious seafood platter at the tavern in the square. Our stay was for 9 days, and we couldn't have asked for better accommodations. You definitely get your money's worth at the Coachman's Quarters."

"This was my first family vacation (9 of us) in Cape Ann Gloucester and the Beachcomber rental property was wonderful! Having a property that supplied linens, and paper goods and was equipped with a washer and dryer was a huge plus! The beds were comfortable, lawn well kept, and the house itself very clean. The location was great being a few miles from Rockport, and few steps to the beach, and close to grocery stores. I would highly recommend this rental home!"

"Stayed here with a family of 5 for a long weekend. Couldn't have asked for anything more!
We were in town for a college graduation in Boston and this property provided a great opportunity to quickly get into the city while having the benefit of staying in the cozy and historic seaside town of Marblehead.
The house was clean, comfortable, had major old-world character and best of all, modern amenities. Plenty of space for everyone including a nice outdoor patio in the backyard. And only a few minute walk to all the local restaurants, galleries and shopping. (Get breakfast at Driftwood!). Owner was super helpful and responsive to a few last minute questions we had.
Overall, I'd highly recommend to anyone visiting Marblehead, Boston or Salem."

Beautiful House & Stay. Unhappy with plumbing bill afterwards....
"This was a gorgeous and comfortable house in a great location. Loved the airy feeling and beachy style. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Unfortunately, I was left with a bad taste in my mouth after my final dealing with the owner who charged me for a plumber's visit when the hot water stopped working during our stay. It was not a big deal to us as guests and an easy fix as apparently the water heater had somehow become partially unplugged. It took the plumber all of 5 minutes to identify and fix the problem, but the owner kept over $100 of my deposit, claiming that was half of the plumbing charge and saying that I couldn't "prove" I hadn't been in the utility closet and caused the problem. I hadn't been in that area of the house at all, but a contractor she had there doing work earlier in the day was and there were some hand tools stored in there that may have slid down the wall and caused the issue. Who knows. Strange thing to happen. But I don't think I should have been penalized for it. And her attitude about it was very accusatory and unpleasant. Too bad."
