"This house was a dream come true for our large family. It is clean, spacious, comfortable, with a lovely view of the cove. All amenities are provided and the owner is available if needed. The location is ideal for sightseeing, boating, and is near beaches. The loft was where the children slept and they loved it. We look forward to returning one day and would recommend it."Guest: Francesca D. Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 21, 2014View listing
"Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely home in Magnolia with beautiful views of the water, nice gardens and patio. Very comfortable and clean. Plenty of sitting areas to sit, read, watch TV or play pool! We explored the north cape each day-walks, beaches, lots of great food and neighbors were friendly. Could get a little busy at park area nearby but no problems for us, little bit of odor at low tide. Washer/dryer and such were a little complicated but all the manuals were there! We would love to come back next summer and hope we took good care of this home. Manager responded on 8/1/2014: We're happy that you had such a nice stay at Magnolia Sunsets! We hope that you had ample time to relax, take in the views, and explore Cape Ann! We thank you for choosing Atlantic Vacation Homes, and we hope to see you next year! Have an excellent rest of the summer!"Guest: A guest from Reading, MA Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 15, 2014View listing
"Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bell View was the perfect location and set up for our yearly college reunion! The house was fully equipped both inside and out, something for everyone! There was plenty of room for the kids to have their space and for the adults as well. Loved the many outdoor seating areas, tennis court and large lawn. Lots of bunnies too! Overall very satisfied with our stay and with the amenities of the house. Several beaches were within walking distance which saved a lot on parking fees. Deep sea fishing, stand up paddling and hiking to Halibut Point were the highlights of the week!"Guest: Susie Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 26, 2014View listing
Gloucester Travel Tips
Gloucester Vacation Rentals Offer Fun, Excitement and a Bit of History
For many of us, taking a vacation means going to a place with gorgeous beaches, great food, good entertainment, and a myriad of sights and activities. Gloucester vacation rentals have all of that, and then some. Gloucester is a town that is both loaded with vacation activities and steeped in unique history. It's the oldest seaport in the United States, and it's also home to America's oldest arts colony. And it's definitely no wonder why—located on Cape Ann, Gloucester is surrounded by the sea and all the bounty and inspiration it holds.
Find Inspiration in Gloucester's Beauty
Gloucester's spectacular landscapes and views have fueled the creative fires of all kinds of artists, from writers (T.S. Eliot, Herman Melville, Rudyard Kipling, and John Updike) to painters (Winslow Homer, Maxfield Parrish, and Edward Hopper) to playwrights and poets (Israel Horowitz, Charles Olson, and Vincent Ferrini). There are numerous festivals, sights, and block parties to get your creative juices flowing all year round, but if you're more interested in action, there's plenty in Gloucester for you as well. Gloucester beach homes are the perfect places from which to go kayaking, swimming, hiking, or sailing. The town is also home to dozens of points of interest, from historical to architectural to cultural. Gloucester has something for everyone to appreciate.
Immerse Yourself in all That Is Gloucester
If you're looking for North Boston lodging near the beach that has an endless array of sights and activities ripe for appreciation, Gloucester vacation rentals are the perfect accommodations for you.
