  • Charming Cottage-Great Stay

"although this apartment is located on first floor of Lisa's home you would think it was it's own little cottage. It is gorgeous. Very nicely decorated with plenty of room for 2. This apartment is very clean-immaculate with great amenities. Loved that it was bright with plenty of outside light. The bed was very comfortable & we slept so well. It was nice sitting at the kitchen table having our coffee in the morning watching the neighborhood people walking their dogs. Nice short walk to ocean. Lisa welcomes her guests & is available to help & answer your questions. Would highly recommend staying here. My Husband & I hope to stay here again soon."

  • Family Reunion

"First off, I would like to say that Lisa (the owner) is a delightful woman. The house is so unique inside, filled with everything you need to have a wonderful home away from home. Quaint and eccelictic, the rooms are comfortable, neighborhood is close to town. And the price was right. Thank you Lisa for giving my family a place to connect, we had a wonderful time, and are looking forward to staying at your home again. Victoria"

  • The beach and the ocean are the yard!

"This was our second year staying here. The location is wonderful and the beach is clean and sandy. There is a large, comfortable deck with a well-kept grill and the entire deck overlooks the beach and the ocean. The units are very clean and comfortable and the owner goes to exceptional lengths to ensure guests comfort. The layout of the house is great, with a large, well-equiped, clean (the appliances are new/newer) kitchen, with a sliding glass door opening to the deck. The bedrooms are very comfortable and clean and there's a full bath with a tub and shower. This section of the beach is not congested and very family friendly. Although there are two units, one upstairs (where we stayed), and one downstairs, we never felt like we were sharing a house. There is a rare feeling of privacy which is hard to come by. At night, there are fireworks on the beach and you can see the firework disiplays in Hampton Beach which is only a five minute drive. Oh, yes, although we don't fish, many days folks were pulling in very large fish just by fishing from the shore. We have been looking for the perfect vacation spot for years and we have found it. We are planning on staying two weeks next year."

  • Lovely little home away from home.

"The photos do it absolute justice. We loved our week long stay in this little piece of heaven. The attention to detail involved in the cottage is impressive. The front porch area is a great place to spend the early morning watching the fish in the little pond. The plum cove beach area is about a 5 minute walk down the street. The little parking garage is a bit tricky to get in to, and be sure there is purple trash bags on your stay. The city wont pick up trash unless you use the city sanctioned bags. We had to go buy our own but the local convenience store has them. The shower was amazing and the whole house integrated sound system was a nice feature also. The wifi was a bit spotty it seemed to come and go. On our visit we checked out the lighthouse area around the breakers, went on the 7 sea's whale watch, ate plenty of clams, cooked our own lobsters (there is a big boiling pot included), drove around the entire cape, checked out Salem, visited Cape Pond Ice, saw the Hammond Castle and went to the Ryan & Wood distillery. There is so much to see and do in the area, that a week is not enough time to see all the sites. I would highly recommend a stay at this little cottage its perfect for a couple visiting the area."
