"Salem was an addition to our trip for spring break and it turned out to be the highlight of our trip. 2 adults, 1 senior citizen, 2 teens in our party and we all had fun. Mr Sergeant provided little treats. A very a lovely touch. He's the kindest person & included maps of the area; places to see and things to do. We plan on visiting every year. Highly recommend this location for ALL families, couples, singles. A very visitor friendly location & ferry over to Boston quickly! We just loved it! I'd give more stars if I could 5+. This place can easily sleep 10 no problem. :)"

"Stayed here with a family of 5 for a long weekend. Couldn't have asked for anything more!
We were in town for a college graduation in Boston and this property provided a great opportunity to quickly get into the city while having the benefit of staying in the cozy and historic seaside town of Marblehead.
The house was clean, comfortable, had major old-world character and best of all, modern amenities. Plenty of space for everyone including a nice outdoor patio in the backyard. And only a few minute walk to all the local restaurants, galleries and shopping. (Get breakfast at Driftwood!). Owner was super helpful and responsive to a few last minute questions we had.
Overall, I'd highly recommend to anyone visiting Marblehead, Boston or Salem."

"Needed accommodations for six for a "destination" wedding. The apartment was very clean and easily accommodated us with room for 2 more. We arrived with a fruit bowl and sparkling water waiting for us. The kitchen was well-stocked, with WiFi available, as well as a printer. There was a variety of magazines and books, various pamphlets on local attractions, and even a piano. I had left behind a very expensive ring which Brett promptly notified me of and returned along with my deposit. Hubby and kids enjoyed all the witchy stuff in nearby Salem, and we found a hidden gem in the Peabody Essex Museum and enjoyed a delicious seafood platter at the tavern in the square. Our stay was for 9 days, and we couldn't have asked for better accommodations. You definitely get your money's worth at the Coachman's Quarters."

Very charming house, beautiful ocean view, and fully equipped!
"We family of 4 with 2 elementary school girls stayed here for 1 full month. When we moved in, we were impressed with how clean and arranged house was. Even the typical spots in kitchen near stove and floor corners were all clean! The house owner is extremely kind and obviously takes care of this house with extreme care. The location is brilliant with walking distance to beautiful places like Fort Sewall & Crocker Park and local (beloved) restaurants like Jacktar and Landing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED."
