"Stayed here with a family of 5 for a long weekend. Couldn't have asked for anything more!
We were in town for a college graduation in Boston and this property provided a great opportunity to quickly get into the city while having the benefit of staying in the cozy and historic seaside town of Marblehead.
The house was clean, comfortable, had major old-world character and best of all, modern amenities. Plenty of space for everyone including a nice outdoor patio in the backyard. And only a few minute walk to all the local restaurants, galleries and shopping. (Get breakfast at Driftwood!). Owner was super helpful and responsive to a few last minute questions we had.
Overall, I'd highly recommend to anyone visiting Marblehead, Boston or Salem."

"For a family getaway, we chose this condo in the heart of downtown. Condo was immaculate, comfortable and convenient for all activities in and around town. The owner was very helpful, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Strongly recommend as a great place to stay in Marblehead!"

"This is our second time staying at the pond house because it is a great place to stay. Close enough to the city of Boston. But not a city feeling at all. Lovey neighborhood with beautiful houses overlooking the ocean. A quick (2 minute) walk to a rocky beach with tide pools, great for exploring with the kids. A 20 minute walk (7 minute drive) to Devereux Beach, a sandy beach with a playground and Lime Rickey's, a beach side cafe. The spacious deck looks over a pond that is full of life (tadpoles and frogs, turtles, ducklings and ducks.) There is a balcony off the master bedroom. Plenty of places to sit outside. Lots of space in the home for our family of 5 to spread out. Great cross ventilation. I can't think of any downsides to this place."

"We really enjoyed our stay in Salem for the Easter holiday. The apartment is situated in a great location and we were able to walk to all of the Salem attractions. Arthur is a very accommodating host - we arrived late on Thursday and were very gratified to see the lights were on and there were some groceries in the refrigerator so we did not have to worry about running out for breakfast early the next morning. The apartment is very clean and has all of the amenities anyone needs - great architectural charm such as hard wood floors, high baseboards and nice molding, but with modern amenities like a flat screen tv, coffee maker, stocked kitchen, and a dishwasher. We highly recommend this apartment - the central location saves a ton of wasted time having to drive around and it is so much roomier than staying in a hotel. Thank you Arthur for a great spring break!"
