  • A Charming Two-Week Visit

"My husband and I enjoyed a very comfortable two-week stay to visit family in the area in this tastefully decorated and immaculately clean carriage house. The location is within easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants of waterfront Newburyport. Ten-minute drives took us to Maudslay State Park and Plum Island National Wildlife Refuge. Our hosts were gracious and helpful, and they maintain a lovely flower garden that we enjoyed seeing each day, just outside the door! There are maps and books about the area, as well as books for pleasure reading. We were delighted with our stay and hope to stay again next summer."

  • Great House! Perfect for multiple friends attending a wedding.

"Very spacious, clean, well-lit, excellent amenities and new appliances, very modern decoration, very close to town - 5 block from town center and water, modern master bedroom, ample and convenient on-street parking, perfect for a family or friends get-away. Perfect layout for multiple couples staying together. Plenty of space to congregate or have privacy. We would definitely rent here again! Monica was so responsive to any of our questions. Lights were on when we arrived and a water dish was out for our dog. Felt very welcomed."

  • Historic character and quality upgrades

"My husband and I spent a month in this charming house. Well-appointed kitchen with high end appliances, private back patio and upper deck with great views of the estuary and Plum Island and a spacious living room were much appreciated. THe sloping plank floors on the second level remind you that this house has a few centuries under its belt. Loved the location…everything is within walking distance."

  • Great for big groups

"This house was the perfect size for our group of 10 in Newburyport from the UK for a wedding. It had everything we needed, cable, wifi, and was a short easy walk into town. The owner was super friendly, and check-in/out arrangements really easy."
