"I had several friends and family come stay in this home for two nights and everyone was blown away by the view and elegance of the home. You can hear the waves while laying in bed at night, and just a short drive into Newburyport downtown for lots of great shops and restaurants. Everyone had their own comfortable beds and everything they needed for the stay.
Property was professionally cleaned before we arrived and there were ample clean towels and extra pillows and bed linens (along with extra toiletries if needed).
The views and property are even more amazing in person than in the photos.
I would absolutely invite everyone back to do this again.
Dave, the home owner, was very helpful and accommodating before and during our stay.
Highly recommend this place!!"

"This was the perfect place for a girls getaway weekend! OceanSong is a very sweet place and loaded with everything you need. Richard is delightful and very accomodating. Plum Island is beautiful and we enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Plum Island Grille. Shopping and dining in Newburyport is just 5 minutes away. Be sure to check out Bob's seafood place for take out, or stock up on some great seafood to bring home. We will be back!!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Newburyport. We are 5 high school friends who get together once a year
for a reunion. We are over 65 and want our own bedrooms and privacy. The house was perfect...beautifully furnished and well stocked with everything you would ever need. Our hostess Lisa was wonderful and helped with any questions we had before and during our visit. The town of Newburyport was a perfect place for launching out to see other places in the area. We took the train to Boston, drove to Salem and Marble head, drove up to Maine and just kicked around the town of Newburyport. Our purpose for picking the North East was primarily to see the Boston area but, we loved Newburyport so much that we opted to stay there for several days of the trip. The house was close to everything and within walking distance from the quaint historical downtown and the harbor. I would highly recommend staying here if you are just looking for a nice beautiful location and cozy home to return to after a day of touring."

"After selling the house quick we needed a place to kick back for the winter until we could find our next permanent residence. After talking with Dick we knew that this would be the place. We settled in for winter in Mid November and looked forward to enjoying PI. The winter of 2015 tested our souls but having such a comfortable warm abode to come home to after work was truly a delight. It is now mid April and I can't express how beautiful this location is in words. The sunsets are truly breathtaking. Access to the beach is literally steps from the front door. Our daughter has loved escaping college to relax with her beloved pets that have also enjoyed this property. The kitten has grown into a cat and has found every perch to view the birds. We have delighted in cooking in the efficient well equipped galley. Now that the snow has cleared we are grilling on the back porch most every evening. Don't hesitate give Dick a call he will hook you up with one of the best locations on the North Shore. He and Maureen will be there every step of the way to ensure your vacation is spot on. I dread the day our lease expires."
