  • Adorable Home - Convenient location

"Adorable home with great sized kitchen; washer & dryer are a bonus to renters; living room could use a comfortable chair as an alternative to the sectional couch for seating; bedrooms are accommodating, however a bed in one upstairs bedroom had a broken box spring frame. The backyard picture is outdated - unfortunately the lovely flower garden in the center of the back yard no longer exists - it is now a large unkept overgrown circle of some sort of thorny bush - difficult for small children to play around. As noted in another review - the stairs are extremely steep for young children to navigate and upstairs bedrooms have no doors for privacy or sound control from downstairs. Otherwise this house is a great location, easy walk to Rockport village shops, restaurants and lovely Front Beach - quiet & peaceful to watch sailboat classes and paddle boarders ."

  • Cute place, great location

"Well furnished studio with double bed & futons that could accommodate 3 kids in a pinch. Gorgeous view north over the sea. Walking distance to shore where you can continue for miles. Owners are very nice!"

  • Perfect beach house for families

"We just returned from a wonderful week at this beach house. We were three adults and one (very active) three year old. The location was perfect, on a quiet lane less than a 10 minute walk from Front Beach (a perfect beach for young and old alike) and the main streets of Rockport. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The back and side yards were excellent for a BBQ, berry picking, and basketball. The cook in our party (not me) would have preferred a larger assortment of (sharper) cooking knives, but the kitchen is otherwise well stocked. We had a wonderful time, and would stay here again on our next trip to Rockport."

"What an amazing house in an ideal location! We had such a fabulous time walking through the park to Front beach and to all the shops! My kids said it was "the best" vacation and didn't want to leave. Thank you for having us!"
