  • Wonderful, unique property.

"The Coachman's Quarters was the perfect accommodation for our family of four. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are large. Everything was clean and modern. The amenities were so well stocked there was very little we needed to buy for our two night stay. Brett is so welcoming - you couldn't ask for a better host. We definitely recommend the Coachman's Quarters."

  • Sunny, spacious and well-equipped

"Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family from Maryland, NYC and the Boston area united at the Seaside House for a week in August, including two small children. We have stayed at numerous properties near Good Harbor Beach over several decades, and found Seaside House to be a spacious and well-equipped property just a short walk from the beach, with the added benefit of the lovely Bass Rocks views and walks. Terrific weather and a full moon over the water added to our enjoyment. The owners are on the property and offered any assistance we might need, but all went smoothly. We would suggest the addition of room darkening shades in all windows, especially on the front of the house. It's a great house for kids with all the diversions of the beach, a nice porch, and super play and game room. The busy street traffic right in front of the house was the only downside for us, and did not seriously detract from the restful experience."

  • Warm welcome in Gloucester

"My family (2 adults and 3 kids) had a fabulous time in Gloucester/Cape Ann, much to the credit of warm hostesses Rebecca and Dot. The apartment had everything we needed, including beach towels, coolers/toys and bed linens (a big plus, and normally only available through a service). The location was perfect to see all the sites in the area, including Halibut Point State Park (a favorite), Rockport and all the fun to be had in Gloucester proper. We were surprised just how many outstanding restaurants, cafes, delis, etc. there are in the immediate area. We plan to be back in the near future!"

  • Cute place, great location

"Well furnished studio with double bed & futons that could accommodate 3 kids in a pinch. Gorgeous view north over the sea. Walking distance to shore where you can continue for miles. Owners are very nice!"

Salisbury Beach Travel Tips

Salisbury Beach Vacation Rentals Blend Old and New

New England is one of those rare places where history is apparent everywhere you turn. As the first place of colonization by the country's first European settlers, it's impossible for New England not to reflect America's beginnings around nearly every corner. If you're looking to enjoy a modern beach vacation that allows you to walk in the footsteps of the Pilgrims, Salisbury Beach, Massachusetts could be the spot for you. Salisbury Beach vacation rentals sit among buildings and farms that date as far back as the 1600s as well as contemporary homes and traditional cottages.

Salisbury Beach Is Among the Best in the Northeast

While providing that mix of past and present unique to New England, Salisbury Beach also boasts one of the best seaside experiences in the area. With four miles of beach open to the public for swimming, boating, picnicking, and just plain lounging, it's got just about everything a beach lover could ask for. The area also hosts several forms of entertainment right on the sandy shore, like concerts, festivals, and fireworks. With Salisbury beach homes, you'll never have to leave the sand to find excitement.

Enjoy a Great Beach in Great Accommodations

When it comes to North Boston lodging, Salisbury Beach beach homes are by far the best way to enjoy everything the gorgeous area has to offer. Staying right on the shore allows you to focus on the reason you came in the first place: the beach. With sand at your doorstep, there's no time wasted with travel or shuttles. Vacation rentals can have all the amenities of a typical luxury hotel, like hot tubs, decks, and even tennis courts, without the typical hassles. With so many homes available in Salisbury Beach, you're bound to find the perfect place for you.
