  • Could not be any better.

"This place is outstanding and provided myself and a group of friends with one of the best weeks I've had in a long time. The house is spacious and provides ample space for lots of guests to have their own private space on the middle and upper floor but also have wide open communal areas on the ground floor and outside deck for eating and hanging out. The middle floor bedrooms provide plenty of room for couples with the king size beds but also enough room for blow up mattresses for children. The top floor where i stayed is amazing, its almost like having a second apartment within the house, large king bed, sofas, beautiful flooring and an amazing view. The living area has everything you could ask for, the kitchen is well equipped with enough big pots for us to feed a small army with a lobster dinner one night and for those who don't like seafood theres the grill out back! Sitting out on the deck at any time of day was my favorite aspect of this house but the evening provides you with brilliant sunset views. The beach was perfect for the 3 young children we had with us, plenty of rock pools to explore and the water was warm enough for me to take several swims a day. The owner was great, communication was easy and pleasant and all questions were answered clearly and quickly. Check in and out also was quick and easy and everything that could be done to accommodate and make our trip easier was done. This place really did feel like home for a week, i hope to be back. Thank you again to the owners for providing us with the platform for an unforgettable week and for booking the good weather!"

  • A Lovely Ocean Stay

"We had a wonderful time at your beach house in Hull, MA! The house is beautifully set up and your management team, Matt and Eric were very helpful with the information they provided us about the house and surroundings. All the details that make a stay problem-free have been carefully addressed. Matt was very available for any questions and he and Eric were especially considerate with the storm over the weekend, removing the porch furniture all in good time before the high winds. We loved being at your house for the storm, watching the ocean while we were warm and comfortable inside. It was quite spectacular! On the sunny days, being able to simply go across the street and take walks on the beach was great. My daughter-in-law found it very easy in your house with her 7 month old as did we one day while caring for her. The layout makes it very easy to have private space but also accommodating for a group to get together to visit. I can see that in the summer it would be a wonderful place to stay for an extended family who would like time at the beach and also want to be near to Boston. Thank you very much for all the thought given to making your beach house so comfortable. We had a really lovely visit with East Coast family and we all hope to be back again another time. Best wishes from all of us, Anne and Paul Roberts La Jolla, California"

  • Unbelievable View

"If you are traveling with a group of teens, as I was, this is the house for you. The kids can have their own private level while the adults can enjoy that killer view of the pond. Sitting out on the deck made you feel like you were in a treehouse - with much better amenities! Mike, the owner, is a pleasure to rent from and he is a noted author to boot. Now if I only had another week, I'd start one of his books while sipping a cocktail in the waterside hammock."

  • The best time

"Beautiful home and beautiful location. Leaves were beautiful. Had a flock of turkeys walk through the front yard. Nice area as we used it to visit both Boston and Providence. Would recommend 100%."
