"Barry, the owner of the property, came over soon after we arrived to show us around and explain use of the boats. He was a friendly, responsive landlord. The home was comfortably furnished and fully equipped for our family of six. My grandchildren loved riding in the paddle boat and kayak for which lifejackets were supplied by Barry. Using hot dogs as bait, my grandson caught a fish every time he cast the line into the water. My granddaughter especially enjoyed feeding the ducks, which swam by the dock every night around dinner time. Everyone had fun making s'mores in the fire pit with the ingredients provided by Barry. The home was conveniently located for day trips. We went to Plymouth Rock, Salem and the American Girl Doll Store in Natick. A water park, miniature golf, go karts and Sky Zone trampoline park are close by. This rental will work for people like me, who have difficulty with steps. Everything, which I needed, was on the upper floor. When I wanted to go down to the yard, I got there by way of the yard, which gently sloped to the back, rather than using the indoor steps. This rental warrants the highest possible rating. We had a wonderful time on our vacation."

Cute cottage close for visiting Boston and south shore towns
"We stayed at Megan's house in August with the intention of touring around Boston for a couple of days. We do not normally like staying right downtown while visiting a city, and Hull was the perfect location. Nice quiet sea-side town, with an excellent ferry service to Boston (20 minutes max). The cottage is very well laid out, and has a lot of room. The kitchen was larger than expected, and the small sitting area near the sliding doors was lovely in the morning, catching the sunrise. You are literally less than a 5 minute walk to the ferry terminal, which suited our needs. We went on lovely walks of the neighbourhood each morning and evening, and even though we were there for only 5 days, we really felt like it was our "home away from home"! Although our intentions were to see mostly Boston, we decided to tour the towns south of Hull and drove to Cape Cod during our stay as well. I was impressed with the small quaint villages along the coast, and wouldn't hesitate to return to this area and Megan's cottage again to explore even more. A wonderful location, and homey cottage made this a great family vacation."

"Plenty of room very spacious and we had 8 people. The property grounds were a wonderful place to wander you could get lost in them if your not careful . Close to the beaches and shopping are only minutes away. Great for a gathering of friends and family the house has that awesome New England charm to it."
