  • Idyllic!

"What a idyllic spot! Beauty & Tranquility Galore! Lovely, well kept cottage with so much charm. The view from the Living room and upstairs master bedroom is perfection. Great for kayaking as not much motorized boat traffic on the cove. The nearby owners were very gracious and helpful but not intrusive. Did I mention the outdoor shower--GREAT, we didn't take an indoor shower all week. Hope to go back again!"

  • Fantastic Seaside Cottage in Humarock

"Our family of four stayed for two weeks at this wonderful home. We came from Hawaii to spend a few weeks in New England. The location is perfect in this beachside community. The views from every corner of the house are fantastic, ocean, river, marsh. Both sunrise and sunset from the decks. Sleep to the sound of the ocean waves. The house is tastefully decorated in a Cape Cod/beachy theme. Soothing colors and recently renovated. No need for AC, the house is perfectly situated to catch the ocean breezes. Local shops and restaurants close by. Highly recommend for fantastic experience!"

  • Absolutely Fabulous!

"What a wonderful time we had at Barry's lovely home! The home itself was great. Very comfortable. So much fun for my 17 year old son and his girlfriend to swim, paddleboat, kayak, and fish in the rowboat. They loved to feed the ducks that stopped by every morning. My Mother and I loved just looking at the water and listening to music from the speakers on the deck. Easy access to the clear, sandy bottomed lake as well. The water was nice and warm. The yard and views are amazing. We went on another Whale Watch and my son and his girlfriend went deep sea fishing too! Amazing seafood restaurants (we recommend Wood's and Lobster Hut) as well as 99 restaurant that had a good steak! Cape Cod is so close we spent a day there and also at the Wellfleet Fleamarket. There is so much to do and see in the area that we missed because the kids wanted to stay at the lake all day! Needless to say we would recommend this lovely home to anyone! Thanks Barry, for a vacation to remember!"

  • Perfect lakeside cottage.

"We really enjoyed our stay. My 2 kids, wife, and I found it to be a perfect central location for exploring around Boston, Plymouth, and Cape Cod... and was a great place to come back to and relax. Hope to stay longer next time we're out that way."
