  • Great!

"A group of my friends and I stayed here for a weekend before all heading back to our different living areas. It was a great time! Everything was very clean and in great condition. The decorations and furniture made it feel so homey and welcome. The hot tub and pool table were great for entertaining. There were plenty of towels (and blankets) to be used; And after eight showers, the water was still warm! All appliances (including the fireplace) worked great and we had no problems whatsoever settling in. We also spent a day snow-showing across the lake and it was a perfect, peaceful setting. Would definitely recommend to others and/or come back next year if possible!"

  • GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

"We very much enjoyed our week long stay at Tattrie's Cottage. There is nothing wrong with the bathroom. It is a small, single shower, but it has a curtain rather than a door, so there is elbow room, although the shower head is low for taller people. The bathroom itself is plenty big. Everything that you could possibly want was supplied. The charcoal grill is a nice big grill. Although there is no air conditioning, there are fans in every room. Still, it is rustic, which is not for everyone, but we found it to be charming. The water was nice and boat traffic was to a minimum. The kids loved jumping off the end of the dock, which is shallow. We also enjoyed the canoe and fishing boat, as well as the sunsets. Nice that they also had plenty of chairs for around the campfire."

  • Great time!

"The cottage is very nice and very spacious. Exactly as described by photos. We could really spread out. We had 6 in our group. It was clean and well maintained, with all the amenities of home. The ping pong table offers a chance for your competitive side to come out. The paddle boat is fun and adds to the lake experience. The owner was very helpful with all my questions and went above and beyond. When he found out the grill didn't work he brought us a new one! Wow! I would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looking for tranquil lake side living. With many things near by. We found many restaurants, {Dianne's} was our favorite for Breakfast or Lunch. We also went to grayling to kayak, was so much fun. There are many things to do in town. We found beautiful trails where you can walk and spot Elk. We had great weather and enjoyed every minute."

  • Perfect for a golf trip

"We spent four nights at the Pine House for a golf trip. The property was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well kept. The neighborhood is secluded and quiet but just a few minutes from Gaylord and the golf courses we played. We were very pleased."
