"This is a great vacation rental that is located right on East Twin Lake. The home is clean, nicely furnished, very comfortable beds, updated bathroom and the homeowner is very nice to work with. The best compliment I can give is that we will rent it again."

"My fiance and I stayed at the cottage during mid-August. I was so grateful to have found a lakefront location that would accommodate a weekday to weekday stay rather than a Saturday to Saturday, and that would allow us to bring our dog. It was easy to find off 23. The home was very clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The property was beautiful and private with its tall birch trees and long staircase to the beach, allowing us to let our dog off-leash to roam around. The lakefront here is beautiful--clear water and a major view of the lake. We made ample use of the kitchen to cook most of the meals we had during our stay, the innertubes in the garage, the fire pit, and the beautiful bike path nearby. I would happily stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others! Chris was always fast to respond and very thorough with all of my questions, which was also sincerely appreciated.
Some of our favorite spots during this stay that we would recommend: The Chicory Cafe, The Painted Lady Cafe, Rosa's Squeeze Inn, Karsten's Restaurant, and the Domaci Gallery."

Great place to get away from the downstate rat race.....
"Fun place - not too many places where you can be on a lake and not see anyone on the water. We had some great days of catch n release bass fishing. Floated the AuSable (only 15 minutes north - 3 hour float not one cabin). Sandy beaches on Lake Huron another day (about 40-45 minutes). Also had lots of BDB's (Back Deck Beers) on huge back deck. Saw a bald eagle perched on a tree overlooking the lake one day - (nice way to start the morning). Lake is clear (very few weeds) - fun for swimming and relaxing. The kayaks and Stand Up Paddle Board were a bonus. Interior of cabin is comfortable with a big kitchen and living room. Another bonus if coming from Detroit area is the drive is easy - a little less then 3 hours. I will be back."

"This condo has everything you need to enjoy Northern Michigan. Lots of space, beds are great and it is very private and peaceful. The appliances are new, the furnishings are wonderful. We had a great time and will return."
