"We very much enjoyed our week long stay at Tattrie's Cottage. There is nothing wrong with the bathroom. It is a small, single shower, but it has a curtain rather than a door, so there is elbow room, although the shower head is low for taller people. The bathroom itself is plenty big. Everything that you could possibly want was supplied. The charcoal grill is a nice big grill. Although there is no air conditioning, there are fans in every room. Still, it is rustic, which is not for everyone, but we found it to be charming. The water was nice and boat traffic was to a minimum. The kids loved jumping off the end of the dock, which is shallow. We also enjoyed the canoe and fishing boat, as well as the sunsets. Nice that they also had plenty of chairs for around the campfire."

"This cabin is super close to Holy Waters of the Au Sable if you are interested in fly fishing. Burton's landing is about 5 minutes away, and several other entrance points on the Au Sable are just as close- Including Louie's Landing, Keystone & Stephan Bridge, all perfect for wading. The cabin is very clean and well taken care of inside. The photos don't do it justice. It is bigger inside than it looks, with tall ceilings and a great loft area. The full kitchen is nice- there's a crockpot too. Laundry is very convenient so you really don't need to pack much. Very quiet and secluded."
