"Millers Landing worked well for celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with all of our children and grandchildren (13 of us). A few minor inconveniences were the sloping fire pit made it hard to sit around the campfire. The other was the abundance of stuff (albeit lovely) made for very cluttered spaces when several people bring in their own groceries, suitcases, etc. We could have used a hand mixer, crock pot and cookie sheets and larger cookware for a group of people and less cookware that didn't really seem to have a purpose. We appreciated the spices, many towels and the spacious floor plan. Needless to say the grounds were lovely as well as the decks. The provision of water shoes and lifejackets was wonderful as well as the kayaks. The trundle bed casters were on backwards (per my husband), thus was very hard to pull out and push in. The air conditioner did not work, although on arrival we were told someone was going to come out and repair it during the week, which did not happen. For the most part, we only needed it maybe 2 1/2 days or so. We were given access to a garage for an extra gas tank for the gas grill, which we did hook up and use. Would recommend this for family without small children because of the rather steep hill leading down to the lake. The July 4th fireworks all around the lake were truly enjoyed so much we sat up chairs on the dock to watch."

"Great spot! Everything you need for a week away is there, including WiFi, and in a beautiful old turn of the 20th century home. The photographs do not do it justice. You will be very pleased.
Quiet, private, great beach and lake bottom, and a pleasant and responsive owner and manager.
Our family of older adults, their children and spouses and grandchildren had lots of room to be together and to be apart.
Super close to Alden and Belle Aire, which are nice little towns to visit on a rainy day."

"The condo was a perfect fit for us on our girls golf getaway! The condo is fully equip and very comfortable and feels just like home. I would highly recommend staying here and we will be back in the future. It is conveniently located to all the local golf courses and Short's Brewery."

"This house is great for a larger family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone without being crowded. The location is great, very scenic but still close enough to anything that you'd need. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. The kitchen is a gourmet's dream! It was a hangout at all hours of the day. Can't wait to rent this house again next year!"
