"Great location close to town and the park. Communication with Nicky to set up the rental agreement and organize arrival/departure was excellent. The house is clean and functional. We look forward to renting again!"

"This is the second time we've stayed in this cottage at Sutton's Bay. Both times we have absolutely loved every second of our stay. The cottage is immaculate and exactly as described. The private beach is lovely - a nice, quiet, sandy beach area protected even on the windy days. The Leelanau peninsula has lots to offer - quaint shops, yummy restaurants and gorgeous places to explore. The cottage is an easy drive to Leland, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Traverse City, and the Grand Traverse Lighthouse in Northport - there's no shortage of things to do! We will be returning again!"

"My extended family, a total of 9, fit here comfortably. The description is very accurate and the house is clean and well-maintained. Would recommend this property to others. The only issue we faced was that the weather was very humid while we were there and without any AC, the house felt a little damp."

"My husband and I were looking for a quiet weekend away and we arrived at the cottage to a local bottle of wine awaiting us. We found it to be quaint, CLEAN warm and cozy. Although the weather temps were below zero with blizzard like conditions we felt very comfortable and warm inside with everything we needed to relax. Jeff and Debbie were very hospitable and had several suggestions of local places to visit and to snowshoe. We had dinner at the Village Inn for all you can eat perch night and Boones for a fantastic burger! We visited the local bakery and candy shoppe. We also bought some local Raclette cheese and learned the history of the Swiss Raclette origins. Overall there were plenty of local treasures to enjoy, even in the middle of winter. We drove to Glen Arbor for snowshoeing and had a beautiful sunny day. We would highly recommend this cottage!"
