  • Wonderful Winter Holiday Stay

"We had a wonderful stay in the upstairs and downstairs units. The units were clean and VERY well stocked. We had our family of 5 (three teenage children) plus both sets of grandparents and brother in law. We had PLENTY of room for sleeping and relaxing. We have used VRBO units many times (Hawaii, Minnesota, Washington DC, etc.) -- I would say the main upstairs unit had the BEST assortment of cookware/dishes I have ever experienced. We have food allergies and some picky eaters so we usually prepare 95% of our meals at the condos where we stay - I was very pleasantly surprised by the cookware. Nothing crazy fancy, but just a very nice assortment of different cooking pieces and all in good shape. Enjoyed working with the owners: We had a small issue the first night we arrived - I sent an email to the owners and had a personal phone call within two hours to help solve the problem. (Turned out the problem was us, not the unit in any way.) I would highly recommend these units."

  • Great view and relaxing stay

"Our family had a great time at Oh La La! The views are great! and the beach is right there! We enjoyed the beaches and lakes of Beaver Island. The house has all your basic comforts, we would stay here again for sure."

  • Serene stay in the woods

"This was our first time staying at one of the mountain cabins and we loved the setting. This cabin is tucked down in the woods, right across from the access to the Alpine ski lift (ski out). It is spacious enough for two families, with a family and bunk room downstairs for all the kids to hang out. The kids also enjoyed adventuring in the woods after a day on the slopes. The kitchen is well stocked with necessary pots, pans and utensils. The property manager is always responsive and helpful. We have stayed at her properties for the last four years."

  • JUST PERFECT!!

"We were bringing our child to camp at the Interlochen School for the Arts and we found out about this cottage right nearby. Its less than 10 minutes away. Traverse City is a 15 drive. The cottage comes as advertised, its a rustic cottage right on Green Lake with a great deck to barbecue and watch the sunset. It's a quiet setting. Bring your own kayak and bike. (You can rent kayaks nearby, but we did not.) We found the home clean and well maintained for an older cottage. The place was perfect for relaxation. We didn't even turn on the 55" TV! Buds is the place to eat for a nice breakfast or lunch. Enjoy...relax and sleep well."
