  • Great vacation

"My family and I had the great fortune of spending a week in Shanty Creek. This condo was clean, comfortable, and affordable. Best of all the sunsets are absolutely incredible. Lake Bellaire is gorgeous and getting to Torch Lake makes for a fun boating day. Golf is amazing, and the couple that owns the condo above made for great neighbors for the week."

  • Great, peaceful Family Cottage

"We stayed a week with four kids at this cottage. It really is very secluded and peaceful. The Cottage is old but updated very nicely and is very clean. The Lake and beach area is nice and got a lot of use from the kids, especially the swim platform. The sand in the water area is a bit soft and starts to get weedy roughly halfway down the dock. We rented the fishing boat, which is a great little boat, unfortunately the fish didn't cooperate very well, but it was August. We took a day trip to Young State Park, which is, IMO, the best swimming spot in Michigan for kids. Were very likely to return."

Bellaire Travel Tips

Believe in Bellaire Rentals for Your Next Michigan Vacation

Starting off as an old railroad depot in the late 1800s, Bellaire has evolved into one of the most family-oriented destinations in northwestern Michigan. All year long Bellaire rentals are available for couples and families alike. The small town is the county seat of Antrim County and known for its quaint charm, which is perhaps why these Northwest Michigan vacation rentals have become so popular.

Historic Bellaire Rentals

The scenic and historic downtown is where you can find much of Bellaire lodging that is available for rent. This has proven to be a popular choice for vacationers seeking Bellaire rentals because the main street is so picturesque. It is lined with trees and filled with historic buildings such as the Antrim County Courthouse, which was built in 1905. Throughout the town you will also be able to find plenty of historic buildings and sites.

Bellaire Lodging for Lovers of Nature

If you love nature, Bellaire lodging is probably going to be right up your alley. Because these Northwest Michigan vacation rentals are quite close to the Grass River Natural Area, which is a nature preserve, you will get your fair share of the local flora and fauna. Take the kids on an afternoon stroll on the boardwalk that stretches for about a mile through a cedar swamp. You can also get a good view of the Grass River and Clam Lake.

Northwest Michigan Vacation Rentals Are Good for Golf

Golfers of all skill levels and ages will feel right at home in Bellaire rentals, especially those Northwest Michigan vacation rentals located near the Arnold Palmer-Ed Seay golf course and country club. The course definitely lives up to its name and provides a challenging green that can be enjoyed by all types of golfers. In fact, many people book Bellaire lodging just to be near the golf course.
