  • Peace in Michigan

"We enjoyed a great week at Rob's Boyne get away. We had wonderful camp fires with songs and smors. It is very peaceful and we enjoyed seeing deer and chipmunks and an eagle. Lots of great northern Michigan towns near by to explore, and Mackinac Island if you want to go back in time. The home was very clean and the three floors allowed us to spread out and have privacy. Boyne Mountain Resort offered lots for the grand kids to do. A great family vacation."

  • Boyne Mountain Vacation

"We stayed in this condo on Thanksgiving week-end and it was perfect for us. There were 5 of us and there was plenty of space. The condo is decorated very nice and it located in a very pretty wooded setting with a real short walk to the ski hill, restaurants, and the water park. The condo was stocked with everything that we needed. I would gladly stay in the condo again and will likely book it in the future. I think it would also be a nice setting in the summer because the complex is beautiful and scenic and it is nice to take walks in the early morning and evenings. There is also plenty to do at Boyne both winter and summer. In the summer there is Deer Lake with complimentary canoes, paddle boats, paddle boards and law games. Street performers on the premises, ski lift chair rides, tennis, disk golf, mountain biking In the winter there is tubing, skiing, the water park, and cross country skiing."

  • Great place for group Ski Trip!

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The house is lovely, very clean, nicely furnished and decorated, and cozy but with plenty of room. The owners were very helpful, Terry responded right away to my questions before our stay. The outside deck was perfect for keeping our ski/snowboard gear from getting the house too wet, there is also a grill out there that with more planning we would have been happy to utilize! The house is just a short walk from the chair lift. We did have to hop in the car to get to the hot tub/pool area, but apparently there is also a shuttle you can take. So as long as you can get here, a car is mostly unecessary after that point. Everyone reported their beds being very comfortable! I slept like a rock after a full day of riding. Plenty of dishes and a dishwasher made mealtime very convenient and we didn't have to spend too much time cleaning up. More time to hang out by the fire and relax with some hot chocolate. The three full bathrooms were priceless for our big group! No issues with hot water. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and will probably be returning!"

  • Awesome House

"Okay, let's talk about this property. It sits up at the top of the hill, right on the first tee. Don't let that make you think it's not private enough. It's very peaceful and the golf stops in the later afternoon. It's actually fun to sit and watch the golfers tee off. Everyone is so friendly, and most of them enjoy the audience. And you are far enough away that you don't know they are there unless you choose to watch. At night it's like you are in the country. You can sit out around the fire pit and it's as quiet as if you were camping. If you are a big group, it's got a large, open living area, with a dining room table big enough to sit everyone. (Something not every large home has.). The master suite is incredible, truly unique. The home theatre is also first class. When you're here, you feel like your in a high end property. There aren't any cut corners. The furnishings, kitchens, baths, dishes, appliances...you name it. It's been done right. On the first level, there is another living area and three bedrooms. There's plenty of beds and they are all comfortable. No cots here! Even your youngest kid will get a real bed. We went in the summer and it was a great base from which to explore Lake Charlevoix and Petoskey. I can't imagine how awesome it would be to rent this home in the winter! The lift is not far and you could ski right out of your back door and the lift would return you almost in your backyard. We looked around at other properties while we were there, and for ski in/ski out potential with a family or large group, we didn't see anything that could beat this property."
