  • A Spacious and Beautiful Condo in Frankfort!!

"I was ecstatic walking into this condo for the very first time! My son claims his favorite thing about our trip was watching my reaction to our condo on that first day. It was so much more than what was depicted in the pictures. It was spacious and clean and accommodated our extended family of 11 wonderfully! We had plenty of space to come together, as well as, space to go our separate ways. We loved being in the midst of downtown Frankfort and the views from the patio were awesome. We enjoyed watching soccer games while eating in the Brewery and Fusion. Both the beach and the park were easy walks to make with the grand kids. We made a trip to the Sleeping Bear Dunes and climbed the dunes off the public beach as well. I can see our family coming back again and again and again!"

  • Perfect Vacation

"Had a wonderful time with three generations of our family. As two generations enjoyed the Traverse City Cherry Festival, Blue Angel Air Show, Sailing, Fishing, biking walking the beach (several times), swimming, surfing and enjoying the Sleeping Bear Dunes. The other enjoyed the peacefulness, beautiful views (pictures do not do justice), family of deer (fawn, mother and yearling) that seemed to enjoy the gardens as much as we did. Thank you for a great stay."

  • a 'gem' of a vacation spot

"We had a great vacation at Lower Herring Lake!!!(4 adults/4 children)The cabin was clean and cozy. The fireplace warmed us up on a chilly night and the porch was great for storing all our gear. We also appreciated that the owner supplied the bedding/ towels and a list of things to do in the area. We visited the breathtaking Sleeping Bear Dunes, biked the rail trail, watched the salmon jump a local dam, waded in the Platt River but the best place of all was at the cabin. We marveled at the sunsets, enjoyed the fire pit, gazed at the stars, fished off the pier and canoed/rowed to beautiful Lake Michigan. The owner was a pleasure to work with and he made the renting process very easy. We would definitely recommend this vacation spot and would love to come back, again!!! Oh...and we found two Petoskey stones!!!"

  • Pleasant week in Frankfort in this great condo

"I highly recommend this property for a vacation rental. It's location in downtown Frankfort is an ideal location for a relaxing stay. There are a couple of nice restaurants just across the street and a movie theater and ice cream shops very close by. Just a short two block walk and you are on a Lake Michigan beach. Our two teenaged sons absolutely loved the place. The owner was very helpful and the property was very clean and well maintained. Our only complaint is we were on the second floor and a family with small children were in the unit above us. At times it sounded like they were hosting a children's soccer tournament up there. We did complain to the owner and she must have asked them to tone it down because it wasn't too bad after that. Overall we would rent it again but I would try to get the third floor unit."
