"Mike was great for getting us set up for the weekend. Great house, very nice views. The place was in great shape and very clean. We felt right at home and would recommend this house for anyone who is looking to stay in the Traverse City area."

"My friends and I rented the house for the weekend and wanted to be within walking distance to the beach and the downtown area and it worked out great from this location. The walk would be far for a family or someone who doesn't want to do a lot of walking though. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for us to come and go. Just wish there was more than one spare key."

"This house was perfect for our family of 15!! The bedrooms were comfortable and the family room area on the second floor was great for grandkids slumber parties and movie watching.
Paul was a wonderful "land lord" who gave us very helpful information on the area and things to see and do. He was easily accessable.
The thing I would fix is the sink drain and definitely add a garbage disposal.
It was a perfect week celebrating our youngest sons marriage at The Inn At Bay Harbor.
Thank you for sharing such a treasure!!!

"What a beautiful home the owners provide to their visitors.
When you arrive and see the marvelous view from the top of the road it is just remarkable. I was in awe as we drove down the road that lead to such a gorgeous home. The day we arrived it was sunny and clear, such a perfect fall day. The sun was peeking through the trees, birds were chirping, it was really quite peaceful.
Friends and I stayed at the farm on a weekend away to prepare for my wedding. The two nights we stayed it was hard for us to leave the home to get anything accomplished. The home is just so welcoming and someplace you can just cuddle up and read a book.
If the view wasn't enough....you then enter this beautiful home. I have a passion for cooking and have a natural knack of being a hostess. So while we stayed at this home, I was able to provide my friends with all the amenities of home. The kitchen at this property was absolutely amazing....and if there is one thing I dislike most about housekeeping it is washing the dishes....although at this home it didn't seem like such a chore, you have such a breathtaking view from the kitchen sink that your thoughts of "doing the dishes" just seemed to float away.
The day we left Valley View Farms I had such a sad feeling; it was such a remarkable place to vacation - that it was so hard to leave at the end of our trip! This is a property that I will most definitely keep in my list of favorite vacationing spots. Which intentions of returning some day! You will surely love Valley View Farms if you want a peaceful, secluded, relaxing home to spend time with your loved ones."
