Excellent location and accommodations in Harbor Springs
"The condo was spacious, clean, and modern. Plenty of space to relax. Kitchen and the two baths were modern and clean. The mattress was great (I have bad back). A/C w/ ceiling fans allowed us to stay comfortable with the hot summer days. A 2 minute walk to downtown Harbor Springs. We enjoyed our nightly stroll downtown and the docks after dinner. The nights were quiet in the unit. Although we did not meet Kathryn our questions were answered and business was smooth."

"Just spent three nights at this condo with my husband and two friends. We found it to be clean and comfortable, very well kept with beautiful decor and quality fittings and very close to both Petoskey and Harbor Springs. I think the only thing we missed was a tea kettle as we had to boil water in a pan to make hot tea, but really, this was a very minor inconvenience. We had plenty of room in the house for two couples who were off doing different things at different times of the day, one couple skied, the other couple did sightseeing and relaxing. The State Park and Lake Michigan are right next door, and ski hills and golf are right down the road. The rental rates are also very reasonable too. Highly recommended."

"We booked this place because it was big enough for our group and the reviews were great. We cannot agree more with all the positive reviews. This place is the perfect getaway near Traverse City.
You feel secluded and the river and surroundings around the cottage are prefect. Crossing the bridge for the first time and looking up to the cottage is the best welcome. What is really nice is you feel secluded yet town is just a short drive away(15 minutes).
You also have the Mayfield store 2 miles away for most the basics if you just need a few things.
The cottage furnishings are great. They are comfortable without feeling too plush. I personally don't think cottages should feel like a mansion.
The hottub and wood burning stove were nice amenities that we took advantage of. Its great sitting in the hottub while looking up at the stars.
It had been a couple decades since I was last in Traverse City and I was happily surprised with the area. The town itself had great shopping and restaurants, and the surrounding area was beautiful to drive and hike around. I will definitely return and when I do I won't stay anywhere else."

"We have stayed at Tim & Kathy's home on the the lake 3 times. Twice in the summer and once in the fall. Already have plans to return next year and hope to continue to come back for many years to come. Our children and grandchildren love the lake and surrounding areas. Everything is well maintained and clean. Tim is easy to reach if you need anything or just have a question."
