"We stayed here for a wedding that we were attending. It was a beautiful suite above a garage with plenty of amenities for a couple like ourselves. As avid beach goers and boaters, we thoroughly enjoyed being so close to two beautiful lakes."

"We love Traverse City in the fall!! The colors are incredibly beautiful and the city is less busy because all of the tourists have left. This house is set back and surrounded by trees so it was a perfect secluded setting for a color tour week.
The home was absolutely beautiful when we first walked in. There was plenty of space for all six of us- we each had our own corner of the house. We even had a small baby with us and could not hear him cry during the night. It was very nice to have a fully stocked kitchen and laundry available, the only problem was the fact that we couldn't figure out how to use the oven. We also could not figure out the heat very well but were able to get it adjusted quickly so that everyone was comfortable. Everything else was pretty self-explanatory and the owners had a very detailed list and directions for us.
It was a very short trip into town- only 15 minutes from a Meijer, which was VERY convenient! We went out to dinner every night and tried all of the local (and not so local) breweries! We went to the Jolly Pumpkin, North Peak, 7 Monks, and Shorts (about an hour and fifteen mins away, but VERY worth it!) We also did some wine tasting; Black Star Farms and Chateau Grand Traverse are a must!! The local farmers market wasn’t very big because of it being so close to fall and the shops at the Grand Traverse Commons were pretty disappointing with the exception to Trattoria Stella for lunch- it was pretty pricey but definitely worth it!
We were able to go fishing quite a bit- the Walleye fishing on Long Lake was amazing! The boat launch is a short trip away from the dock and a very easy in and out. Getting the boat up and down the driveway took a little skill though. The dock needed a small amount of work but held our boat for the entire week without any problems.
The owners were great! They communicate quickly and efficiently. We did not have any issues while we were there that needed their attention. They sent everything we needed ahead of time and everything went off without a hitch.
We would absolutely stay here again! It was such a beautiful place and within a short distance to the city but far enough away to stay out of the traffic."

"My wife and I took our 2 year old son, along with her parents, to this property and we couldn't have been happier.
The condo was clean and well managed. The location was within walking distance of a small downtown area and a short drive to Boyne or many area golf courses. Our two year old loved the park and play structure was within walking distance, as well as, the heated pool on the condo grounds.
Also, dealing with the owners was incredibly easy. There was excellent communication before and after....couldn't have been happier.
All in all a great Memorial Day weekend and we look forward to coming back."

"We had 12 people staying here- ages 2 -59. There are 3 levels: walk in level- but not basement like, many windows, full bath, entry from outside or garage. It sleeps 6 or less.
One flight up to main level with master bedroom, adjoining full bath, kitchen dining and family rooms.
One more flight up- 2 bedrooms full bath.
This condo worked perfectly for our varied age groups. The kitchen had lots of necessities. All was clean and in good condition. Owner was easy to work with and prompt with replies and security deposit. We would consider renting again."
