  • Perfectly Perfect

"What a perfectly lovely carriage house in an amazing setting for a couples getaway. It was so well-appointed that we wanted for nothing. Having a garage to park our bike in was a huge bonus too! The carriage house is also located in the perfect spot for exploring and adventures in nearby towns or just to sit by the lake & take in the beauty of that itself. We would encourage others to make a point of visiting North Point, Suttons Bay, & Sleeping Bear Dunes . . . . all very beautiful & fun places to visit. Thanks to owners Larry & Jessie who are so welcoming & hospitable and just made our visit perfectly perfect. Now that we've discovered this little haven, we're hoping to make it a yearly destination."

  • Piece of heaven

"We have rented this cottage for the past 4 years & have loved staying there each time. There is lots to do in the area & alot of boating/water fun right out the back door. Fishtown is a couple miles away and also plenty of wineries if that is your interest.Other nearby towns are Suttons Bay, with shopping & a movie theater. Glen Arbor is a short drive & also has lots to offer."

  • Great Cottage to Rent!

"Pine Patch was a wonderful cottage for us to rent and include our adult children. Pine Patch was a great choice for us as the separate cabins worked out perfect for our children that brought their significant others with them and offered them their own private space. We were a group of 8 and there was plenty of room for everyone to sit, eat, cook and socialize. Being a cooler summer this year, we REALLY enjoyed sitting around the fire pit each evening for some great conversation, star gazing and planning the next days activities. The sunsets were spectacular, the dock more than large enough to accommodate everyone and there was plenty of area to park 4 cars. We enjoyed all of our favorite places as well as some wonderful buys at the local shops. Overall, Pine Patch was a beautiful place to stay and the owner was great to work with with plenty of communication and answers to questions. We would definitely recommend this cottage and location!"

  • Great relaxing family vacation!

"We had a great time at the Cottage! 2 families (4 adults, 5 kids) had plenty of room. The lake front is beautiful and great for swimming. The place was very clean and comfortable. It is a little further from town than we expected so be sure to stock up on food because once you get there - you don't want to leave! Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is bringing linens and towels is a little inconvenient; real estate in the car was very limited! Great house on a gorgeous lake!"
