Excellent location and accommodations in Harbor Springs
"The condo was spacious, clean, and modern. Plenty of space to relax. Kitchen and the two baths were modern and clean. The mattress was great (I have bad back). A/C w/ ceiling fans allowed us to stay comfortable with the hot summer days. A 2 minute walk to downtown Harbor Springs. We enjoyed our nightly stroll downtown and the docks after dinner. The nights were quiet in the unit. Although we did not meet Kathryn our questions were answered and business was smooth."

"We spent 5 nights at the chalet. It's very quiet and relaxing. We spent lots of time on the back deck watching hummingbirds at the feeder. The chalet itself had everything we needed, including wifi. We didn't have service with Verizon, so that was nice. It's very clean with a nice shower and plenty of fluffy towels. The kitchen had everything we needed; definitely more than we usually see at rentals. The bed was comfy, as was the living room seating. We spent a day biking near Petoskey on the Wheelway, we went to Mackinac for a day, visited friends at Walloon Lake, beached at Sturgeon Bay. You must have dinner at Legg's Inn. We also very much enjoyed dinner at Moose Jaw Junction and lunch at Pond Hill Farm. My husband is vegetarian and all 3 places had a variety of offerings for him. The owner of the chalet, Sylvia, was very response to any questions we had. Thanks for making the chalet available, Sylvia!"

"We were very happy with everything about the Lewis Lodge. Unfortunately we had rain for most of the week we were visiting, but this house was a great place to be. Our family of five - two adults and children ages 7, 5 and almost 3 could bike less than 1 km to the public beach just across the street from Lake Lake Grocery. We were 10 minutes away from the Grand Traverse YMCA and loved swimming there with the the kids. It is a beautiful new facility. On our two sunny days, we visited the Sleeping Bear Dunes, which was 25 minutes away and absolutely incredible, went fishing at Twin Lakes (a beautiful Traverse City Parks & Rec facility) just past Moomer's (we visited them three times! Delicious!), and we explored downtown Traverse City. We also drove up to Old Mission and that was 40 minutes away but really neat and a stunning drive. Overall, we found the location of this lodge to be awesome. Long Lake is a beautiful lake. The house had great amenities and was very clean. We were so happy with the large shower, washer & dryer, barbecue, fire pit, and even the TV/DVD player on those rainy days. We'd definitely recommend The Lewis Lodge to anyone."

"This place was a very pleasant surprise. Perfect location. Everything was there that we needed for the most part my only suggestions are to bring your own pillows. There is no air conditioning but we were provided with plenty of fans and with the windows open it was perfect"
