"My wife and I took our 2 year old son, along with her parents, to this property and we couldn't have been happier.
The condo was clean and well managed. The location was within walking distance of a small downtown area and a short drive to Boyne or many area golf courses. Our two year old loved the park and play structure was within walking distance, as well as, the heated pool on the condo grounds.
Also, dealing with the owners was incredibly easy. There was excellent communication before and after....couldn't have been happier.
All in all a great Memorial Day weekend and we look forward to coming back."

"My family loved this place very quite and peaceful, we only stayed for 2 days. All the essentials were included which made the trip even easier. The games and movies was just a plus, got to enjoy a few classic with the family. It was nice BBQ and have eating outside. It was only hour away from traverse city , which was nice to see. I highly recommend this cottage. Great place next time will stay whole week."

"We just loved our week at this cottage. Our hosts, the Burritt's, have a nice place and fully furnished and they even have a gift basket for you upon arrival! Their place is very clean and we appreciated that it has two bathrooms! You are very close to Traverse City which has so many fun places to shop and eat. We enjoyed the swimming, the pontoon boat and the fire pit. We had one cold day and used their fireplace which warmed us right up. We recommend the place wholeheartedly!!"

"We booked this place because it was big enough for our group and the reviews were great. We cannot agree more with all the positive reviews. This place is the perfect getaway near Traverse City.
You feel secluded and the river and surroundings around the cottage are prefect. Crossing the bridge for the first time and looking up to the cottage is the best welcome. What is really nice is you feel secluded yet town is just a short drive away(15 minutes).
You also have the Mayfield store 2 miles away for most the basics if you just need a few things.
The cottage furnishings are great. They are comfortable without feeling too plush. I personally don't think cottages should feel like a mansion.
The hottub and wood burning stove were nice amenities that we took advantage of. Its great sitting in the hottub while looking up at the stars.
It had been a couple decades since I was last in Traverse City and I was happily surprised with the area. The town itself had great shopping and restaurants, and the surrounding area was beautiful to drive and hike around. I will definitely return and when I do I won't stay anywhere else."
