"Creekside was everything we were looking for and more! It is quiet and secluded, close to Lake MI, and a short drive from Traverse City with many other small towns nearby.
There is a convenience store right around the corner where you can also sit down and eat as well. Leland is very close and has a nice little diner called early bird. It opened for the season the week we were there. There is a nice place behind it called the Blue Bird Tavern which we also enjoyed for dinner. Downtown Traverse City has so many shops and everyone should enjoy several hours there. Even the guys!
The guesthouse is located in the woods on a beautiful little creek and it is just very peaceful and relaxing in every way. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals if you like, there is a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry and everything is very clean and homey. We plan to go back in the future and have already been telling our friends.
If you love Lake MI, small quaint towns, good shopping, hiking, boating, skiing, secluded vacation homes, etc... This place is for you."

"My family and I stayed in this wonderful condo over President's Weekend! My husband and teenage kids enjoyed the convenient walking location to the ski slopes! The condo itself was extremely clean and well appointed! The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and then some- including a blender and crock pot! The owners even thought to supply so many thoughtful extras- coffee, cocoa, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and dish soap! The owners themselves were easy to work with, quick to respond all our questions! We would gladly stay here again!"

"If you're looking for a private, quiet, cozy and homey cottage on the edge of Cross Village's Lake Michigan beach, look no longer. This cottage should be in a "Pure Michigan" commercial, complete with it's idyllic setting along the beyond words beautiful "Tunnel of Trees" of M-119. The charming family built cottage has intriguing artistic touches throughout as well as on abundance of books and games for everyone. These play second fiddle, however, to the competition presented by Mother Nature right outside the beach side French doors a few gently sloping steps to Lake Michigan! The golden sunsets make easy work of ones' camera lens, and continue to shine in a lifetime of memories with a simple request. The only downside we've found here is leaving..."

"We decided to celebrate my wife's retirement on the Michigan shoreline.
After careful review we chose to lease from Judy.
I guarantee if you decide this is the vacation spot for your family, you will enjoy the very best that Michigan has to offer.
The home is absolutely gorgeous, the flower gardens and pathway to the pristine beach are worthy of a botanical setting.
You will enjoy endless hours on the sands with a very shallow crystal clear lake , perfect for children.
The Sunsets are incredible, Judy is a most gracious and professional landlord.
Would return to this home again without hesitation."
