  • A Great Spot

"My friends and I rented the house for the weekend and wanted to be within walking distance to the beach and the downtown area and it worked out great from this location. The walk would be far for a family or someone who doesn't want to do a lot of walking though. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for us to come and go. Just wish there was more than one spare key."

  • Spring Break experience

"Beautiful comfortable cabin! Kids loved their own room in the loft. Very roomy master bedroom and bed was so comfortable! Great place for kids to bike ride. Weather was cold but we took trips to YMCA in TC which was awesome and also to Incredible Mo's for a fun day for the kids. Hope to be back to get some fishing and swimming in."

  • Clean, Quiet & Comfortable

"My husband, son, daughter-in-law, grandson and I recently spent a delightful week at Burns Street Cottage. The cottage is just as it appears in the pictures-spacious and clean. The backyard is very pretty with perennials, a picnic table, and a nice fire pit. The owner was prompt in answering our queries, available if needed, and also prompt in returning our damage deposit. The cottage is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of both downtown and Depot Beach on Lake Charlevoix. We also drove about 2 miles to the McSauba recreation area where there are nature trails, dunes and a beach on Lake Michigan (no lifeguard, lightly populated). It’s also easy to bicycle to the Little Traverse Wheelway trail which runs between Charlevoix and Harbor Springs. My husband and I biked to and from Petoskey one day – 36 miles in all on an awesome trail. Among its offerings, we enjoyed Charlevoix’s wonderful library, interesting “mushroom houses”, good restaurants, and friendly people. We can definitely recommend both visiting the town and staying at this cottage."

  • Cozy Getaway

"My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend at this cottage! We biked the trails located right across the road. Had a great time visiting local breweries and winery's within 10 mins of the cottage. The colors on the trees were beautiful and the cottage was cute and cozy! We will definitely stay there again."
