"July 2015 will be the 5th year we have rented this home on Lake Columbia. Needless to say, we LOVE it. The lake is shallow near the shore, which is great for kids, and games like frisbee or football. During the week the lake is quiet, and in the evening there is a parade of pontoon boats enjoying a cruise. With 5 bedrooms there is plenty of room for everyone. There is a living room upstairs and a rec room downstairs, so the teenagers have their space. The kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in the family. The extra fridge in the lower level is great for cold drinks on hot days. We love having a washer and dryer! We also enjoy having the grocery stores nearby. If we choose not to cook, The Pointe Bar and Grill or The Clark Bar are very close by. We also enjoy Jerry's Restaurant on Wampler's Lake.
The owners are very easy to work with, and they ensure the cottage is clean when we arrive. I have rented cottages for over 30 years, and finally found one we love. I highly recommended it!"

"The house was very clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and roomy, and well stocked! The deck was awesome, large, shaded, we spent alot of time relaxing there, they had plenty of deck furniture. The lake was clear, clean and warm. The fire pit area was really nice. We had several camp fires there. The whole area is very quiet and peaceful. We found many good restaurants and town is close if you forgot anything. The owner was so nice and warm and we felt very welcome! The whole area is nice. We will definitely go back."

"We rented this house for a guy's weekend and we could not have been happier with it. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The house itself is well-maintained with newer appliances, central heating and cooling and a fantastic new bathroom in the basement. I don't know why there isn't a picture of this bathroom, but it's beautiful. I would spend 20 minutes in the shower because it was THAT awesome.
There were a total of six of us and the three bedrooms on the second floor as well as the three air beds in the third floor provided the right amount of sleeping accommodations. The open living room with flat screen TV was a great common area and the wood staircase with iron railing is beautiful. The fire pit, gas grill, basketball court and wide open field in the rear of the property provided hours of entertainment. The house itself is very secluded and safe. It sits back from the main road about 50' and is shielded by large trees and bushes. If you didn't know it was there, you'd never notice it.
The owner of the house, Ravi, made the entire process of renting the home as easy and smooth as it possibly could have been. Every detail was explained thoroughly and any questions we had were answered quickly. I wish every rental owner were as attentive, easy-going and customer-focused as Ravi. Thank you for everything!
There isn't another place in Ann Arbor I would recommend as highly for families, guys or girls weekends or any other small group who want a quiet, secluded getaway that is close to all of the sights and sounds of downtown, the campus and the stadium. This is likely the best value you're going to find."
